this Bank it's really bad I' was go up there trying to apply for Real Estate Business account and they not approve me because they say its too risky ? and then its supposed a Credit Union help the people??

They are OK thats all I can say when you call main # it goes to one ladies VOICE MAIL who NEVER ANSWERS. ****EDIT****I was contacted by Paige who straightened out the phone issue and went beyond justto make things right thank you Paige!

Terrible. There was a pretty older black woman that turned me away and told me I can't help you when I was simply asking about something. Should probably avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!!! They made me wait over a month for a card EVEN after I asked them to reorder a new one after not receiving the first card after a week. They continued to tell me “it’s on the way or it’s been shipped” they couldn’t offer me a tracking number for the card or an eta date on the card. Then after 19 days they finally ordered a 2nd card and still had to wait a week for that card. I did finally receive the first card after a month and a half.Here I am a few months later and I called to get help regarding a Zelle transaction that wasn’t showing up. After speaking with a “supervisor” she informed me that Zelle was down and there was nothing she could do. I asked for a estimated time as to when it would be back up and working in order to receive funds, To which she responded “no I have no idea” I then also asked why I wouldn’t have gotten an email stating not to use Zelle at this time and got the response “I don’t know” as if that was a suffice answer.Save yourself the headache this bank does zero communication to its customers and doesn’t give sufficient information or timely assistance.

Least helpful company I’ve ever encountered. Spent hours on the phone just trying to set up online banking. They were very rude through the whole process and never resolved the issue.

I've always had great customer service from this bank! The drive thru tellers are fast and always friendly. Plus the app is very useful!
