“I have a dog I adopted 10 years ago. Over the years she has become more and more crippled. I took her to 4 different vet and had no answer as to why. I seriously thought I was going to have her put down. Thank you Dr Metcalf! You saved her life! He was the first to not guess but took x-rays of her legs and offered her a monthly shot along with an anti inflammatory. You would not believe how her life changed. She has not done stairs or ran in at least 4 years. She now has gone up and down stairs on her own and chased the other 2 dogs. Thank you so much Dr Metcalf.”

“My cat Gojo was feeling very ill after his routine vaccines. I called around multiple clinics to see if they can squeeze in a sick visit but everyone was booked. This Banfield location was the only one who had availability so I quickly took Gojo to get him checked out. From the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the vet who took care of Gojo, I am very thankful and pleased with the service they provided. They were transparent about pricing throughout the whole process. A special shout out to Kimberly and Dr. Mathis - they were very kind, empathetic, and treated Gojo with such great care. After our visit, the clinic followed up, checking in on Gojo’s health. Little things like that go a long way. Gojo is feeling better and it’s because of the help and care of this location. “The staff, techs, and doctors were all very nice! They thoroughly explained the examination process with me and afterwards helped walked me through options for treatment as well as the pros and cons of each option (including price!) My cat was seen to in a timely manner, treated well, and I definitely plan on coming back whenever my pet needs another appointment!!”
