The Pharmacist in the evening is very rude and demanding after calling about a prescription that my daughters Dr prescribed her after her her tonsils removed the pharmacist Ann In the evening refused to fill it . Question me as a mother giving it xfto my daughter Hyct the medication I needed is prescribed for a tonsillectomy commonly. she wouldn't tell me if it was the dosage anything just told me as a mother she couldn't see why I would consider giving this to my 6 year old . After she talker to the Dr she called me back and left a VM saying she would fill it and the Dr who had been doing this procedure for 30 plus years knew better then her but at that point it was to late . Talking to someone the way she did who is just trying to fill her kids perception the DR. Gave her is beyond rude and ignorant on top of that . I filled a complaint on line and called the manager on dutyfor the spelling her first and last name for the online complaint he gave it to me said he never herd of a child getting that medication mind you he is the Walgreens manager not pharmacy and befire hanging up told me he hopes that the people who answer the complaints get back to me in a reasonable amount of time . The tone was uncalled for . Go to CVS .

The pharmacy manager is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Take you business somewhere else. She has no care for the customers that pay her salary. The Walgreens on Precient Line has very good people and will actually help.

Easy in easy out, whether it's for meds, greeting card, snack, or something small that you don't want to deal with the crowds at the grocery store you can find most of it at walgreens. The employees are friendly and Shays there to give you or assist you in star your looking for. ? If they don't have it they will let you know.

I came into to the drive through window around 11:50 this morning the representative couldn’t be bothered to come to the window. My asthma inhaler is now 3 days later than promised and audreisha offered no apologies no solutions and would not check other locations even when specifically asked. She is lazy and completely lacking any kind of compassion.

Audreshia your customer service skills need alot of work. I don't appreciate you calling out the name of my medication for the whole world to hear. Whatever happened to patient hippa laws? Then after I received my medical you just say there ya go??? Not even a thank you for my business? What has this world come to? Please consider when assisting us that we are the ones creating your paycheck.

don’t bother with the pharmacy here. unorganized and not very helpful. came in for a covid vaccine that i booked online, they didn’t seem to realize i had an appointment. everything was running super slowly and the customer service was less than pleasant

Not impressed with the lack of answering the phone in the pharmacy, can’t get anyone on the phone to get a problem fixed. They pick up and put in hold several times without a word. Gave up.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, never had an issue until now, the lady in the pharmacy(not the pharmacist) I don’t want to identify race but she had a great amount of tattoos up and down her and was young to say the least, well let’s just say my experience there was awkward, very uncomfortable and a feeling of discrimination. She blatantly lied to me about my insurance being expired April 30, even after she seen that I had recently(as in the last 3 months)filled my prescription and had refills still on file. She pretty much lied to me and excused me with an I’m sorry in a very sarcastic way. I used my insurance last week at the ER so I knew she was lying, she spoke loudly that my insurance had expired, no discreteness whatsoever, I guess for me to feel embarrassed but I felt sorry for her ignorance. She didn’t offer any help or solutions or concern or care, she only wanted me go away from her counter. Her advice to me was I can find another pharmacy that accepts the one insurance that they no longer take(yet my other insurance that paid for the prior prescriptions w/last 3 months has NOW?expired), I smiled and told her ok thank you. I also told her I would be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy thanked her and walked away. I could of told her right then what I was feeling and could of taken it higher then her, but I decided not to and to completely swich my pharmacy. They would never hire someone with my skin color having that many visible tattoos NEVER EVER ? No professionalism or regard to company policy. Her customer service was very vauge but cocky, she was ready to turn me away for the one insurance they no longer took, but when I asked her about my secondary insurance on file, rather her giving me some satisfaction of feeling like I’m being helped and can get my meds, she didn’t want to be wrong in front of the other customers who seen her constantly deny me in every way, so she lied about my insurance being expired, yeah this experience was an experience!!!

If you get your pills from Walgreens on Hwy 26 and Glenview, better double check the prices you are being charged for your pills. I have Cigna insurance for my pills and sometimes use GoodRX for the more expensive pills. They DO NOT CHECK which provider has the lowest price. Got a text yesterday that my pills were ready and the cost was $28. This double the price from last month's prescription. I called and questioned why the price jump, and they said they only check the price on EITHER Cigna or GoodRX, but not both. I asked them to check Cigna price and it was only $6. I wonder how many people who use this Walgreens are getting overcharged?

My visit to the pharmacy here, was nothing but pleasant! Lack of common courtesy from the staff, rude and unprofessional. I just had to get my vaccination, if not I would have left!

Came thru the drive thru today, and the lady Audrieshia was incredibly rude.She acted as though she didn't want to be there.Her short snappy responses, and impatient demeanor has no place helping people in the drive thru.... let alone anywhere in the medical field as a caregiver.Its in the word: "care - giver"Look, if you're not happy where you are, do everyone a favor and find somewhere that make you happy.Don't project your unhappiness on others.

I love this location and the people here! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Even though the pharmacy was busy today, they got my prescriptions ready in a few minutes for me. I barely had to wait. They are also very personable. I love it!
