The best pharmacy ever, polite, respectful but above all service oriented. Every person working in this pharmacy goes above and beyond to help customers in every possible way they could. Today I spoke to Van regarding one of my prescriptions that I kept postponing due to the high cost. Van told me of a savings that I could get, which lowered the cost to half of the original price. I m so thankful to Van and all others who goes above and beyond customer service. Thank you.

Refill order is so annoying after they changed the service. It took more than ten times of the time, and the AI response kept blocking second medicine order... so frustrating!!!

I love this pharmacy! I have been going here for years and it has been by far the best experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. I am so glad I have advocates in the pharmacy that fight for my loved ones to have all the medications that my family needs when it is needed. I never have to wonder where the error is for a late medication- it would be a doctor’s office issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst service. You will wait in line to pick up then be told to wait another 15 minutes. If they tell you something will be in I recommend calling before you go because it probably won't be ready. Very slow service! Wouldn't recommend...

MIDVALE UTAH WALMART PHARMACY. This pharmacist is a total control freak. I gave it a couple years, up to 7 times I have been there for thr prescriptions. Not once has he filled a prescription without calling my doctor. The s scripts are always the same. I always have to drive back, even even the scripts are send to him by the doctor, not paper. He asks me all my personal health business, he says one thing should not be taken with another. He acts like the doctor police, as if the doctor has done something wrong or I am trying to cheat, why this, why that, then wait for doctor to call back which could be two days, then go back, and even then it's always done other delving into why I need this or that. In a lifetime, including at many normal Walmart pharmacies, I have never been made to feel like a criminal to get the scripts. There is something seriously wrong with this pharmacist. It might be acceptable the first time, but he should have notes in his computer do he doesn't have to piss ne off, make my blood pressure freak out, because of his third degree overkill like he's the policeman of doctors and patients. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone to pick up a prescription at the Midvale location Walmart, this creep pulls this totally unacceptable personal questioning line he's my doctor. I have had the same doctor for 25 years, she knows that I try not to take any chemicals, but when your entire back is toast and you know better than to let any surgeon put his knife in you, in the spine unless your bedridden, you gotta deal with pain which changes depending on activity and weather and sleep, etc. Hes asking why I get the pills every three months? Because my doctor follows the law. I go in for the check up. She has all my rays, stats, blood, she knows I don't overdo my pain pills, but I sometimes leave the country for 3 months and end up running out if not for the few extra I didn't use the previous months. He acts like he is pressed to find some illegal reason I am getting there legal number of pain pills she is entitled to prescribe me using her 40 years as a doctor. Believe me she follows every rule and law, she's the most ethical doctor I have ever had which is why I trust her for all these years. This asinine lowly pharmacist must be jealous of doctors offer he's a sociopath and just likes to piss people off for kicks, because never once had any other Walmart or other pharmacy had a hound dog in residence to make sick people sicker by increasing their blood pressure with his terrible intrusive service, wait days longer than necessary, and be so noisy about personal business that is frankly between myself and my doctors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I CALLED MY DOCTOR AND TOLD HER TO CANCEL THOSE SCRIPTS AND CALL THEM INTO A DIFFERENT WALMART PHARMACY WHERE THE SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM SHINES. BUYER BEWARE!

Less then one star. Don't get your prescriptions filled at this location unless you like to get inconsistent information, must wait in line because of understaffing, and above all zero trust in believing what the patient is selling them. Regardless of telling them I had been on this medication for years the pharmacist said a consultation is mandatory to make sure the prescription is filled correctly. That sounds like zero confidence between the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist. So as I waited for my consultation I noticed that the actual pharmacist was dealing with a few flu shot patients, the pharmacy cashier was busy, but 4 pharmacy techs were not. And those techs, although allowed to fill the medication, they aren' allowed to speak with me about it. Instead at 6:45pm I get to wait, with zero idea as to how long since the flu shot patient was upset. I think if this had been a narcotic or a medication I felt I needed or wanted a consultation regarding that would be different. But at no time was I asked. Again, Walmart does NOT listen to its patients/customers. Plus if every other pharmacy around can cover Texas State guidelines about consultations by asking the patient/customer if they have questions or need assistance and a verbal yes, or no is enough for Kroger, CVS, & Walgreens-why is Walmart not giving their customers their trust too. Walmart pharmacist can deny filling a prescription that a doctor has ok'd just because. Walmart pharmacist can double check the work of a coworkers at the expense of the client. Walmart pharmacy staff is known for being unpleasant. And the exact prescription of the exact medication, with the exact insurance was filled correctly by Kroger the time before and my co-pay was $0, but at Walmart it was over $9. When asked about it, I was told to contact the insurance company. I already know it's due to my end of year situation and how this generic drug had already maxed out and is now $0. The Walmart Pharmacist said, nothing she could do about it. She knew it was filled correctly. But she also didn't check into it, instead it is 100% my responsibility to fix their mistakes. Just another example of Walmart Pharmacy not working WITH their customers, but only helping themselves. I've made sure all medications have now been moved to a different pharmacy both at my own request and even the request of one of my doctors who has told me they hate calling in scripts to Walmart. Walmart-why does your company feel that you don't wed to have any customer service? Is it because you feel that your lower prices give you that right? I can't imagine what kind of store you would be if you did have better customer service with the low prices-oh wait, I can, it's called Amazon.

Tried the pickup service today. A little slow to come out but pretty cool service. Very easy. Wouldn't use for fruit and vegetables, but great for non perishable it Tried pickup again today. This time I was instructed to go to the big orange kiosk. What a waste of time. Item was not at the kiosk. The associate had to locate it and then bring it to my car. The associate was very sweet and helpful....however the WalMart technology is crap.

Walmart's moto "Screw customer service", why is it that Walmart has a ton of checkout registers but only ever has two open with lines 5-8 customers deep. They expect customers to use the self checkout lanes to ring up and bag a cart full of items?!?!? NO THANKS, I will go to Kroger across the street and spend a buck or two more for a better experience.

This Walmart has the best pricing for propane refills. It's probably the only reason I shop here is because of that low price. I'm not a big fan of Walmart mostly because of the type of clientele they attract. You know the kind that lick the food and put it back on the shelf! Always check the packaging and grab from the back. But like I said earlier it's got low prices.

Brendan was awesome. I came in for some flu meds and he helped me find the cheapest way to do it with my insurance. Super fast AMD friendly here.

Cheap place to shop. You can do all of your shopping in one place. They have tires to lettuce. Best to ho early or late afternoon to avoid the crowd. Stay away around the 1st of the month.

I am so sick & tired of grocery section being re-arranged every few months. Just when you get used to where things are, someone in corporate decides to move things again. What moron thought it would be a good idea to put bread in 10 different places in the store?! I'm ready to shop elsewhere-like Win-Co, where shelving makes sense & stays the same.
