Worse experience that I’ve ever had at a Walmart. A woman and about 6 other men were clearly attempting to steal my wallet out of my purse. Not only that, two different employees couldn’t even tell me where to find charcoal. I’ll never step foot in this store again!

Plenty of people standing seeing doing nothing while 1 person is in customer service with a line of 4 people taking 30 minutes.
The management is rude and disrespectful. Jennifer was the name of one of them.

I wanted to say thank you and applaud a young man named Daniel who works here at the North Richland Hills location. I was doing my biweekly shopping and came out with two carts full of groceries. He was tending to the outside return carts and saw I had a lot to unload. He asked to help me unload which surprised me because most stores don’t seem to offer those services openly anymore and it speaks to his own work ethic to even ask when others would not bother to. He also returned my carts for me also which was very kind and thoughtful of him to do so. This particular store is my favorite to shop it. The cleanliness and open lanes with actually people checking you out is great and the inventory is well stocked. I’ve received the best customer service here by far. I hope they continue to maintain their high employee and store expectations and I’ll be a customer for life.

The store is clean and organized, produce is never an issue here and whenever you can find someone that works there to help you with something they are friendly to do so. I wish the customer service were a little better and the employees would help customers a little more with finding thingsbut overall the store is great.

Typical Walmart. Larger self check out lines are never open, making it a challenge to juggle large loads.

The worst customer service. Maybe that is why I've stayed away from physical brick and
mortar stores because there is no customer service. They want you to do a lot of things. Scan stuff for yourself and things. Don't get any cheaper. Never enough registers open
