I called last week and the lady on the phone said Friday the 3rd at 10:30am . Of course no one showed up and I called them and she said we didn’t have you schedule. ? That’s a bad sign if they cant have someone show up who wants to have a major remodel.

We had our master bathroom renovated by this company in April 2019. Nine months later we noticed there was water damaged on the wall/baseboards in all the walls next to the shower. Since the work was still under warranty, we contacted Patsy to no avail. We stopped using the shower for months, and later on decided to do caulking around the curb, since Patsy did not honor the warranty. Luis did a horrible job with the drain, water proofing, caulking, etc., and there was a huge gap on the curb. Months later it was leaking again and we stopped using the shower again. After repeating this for about 3 times, we decided to hire another contractor to fix the shower. We waited this long (3 years) because we spent $9,600 on the shower alone and didn’t want to spend that much money again. We just got a shower rebuilt by a reputable company and the drain was poorly built, there was still a lot of water there after months of not using the shower. I feel defrauded by this company. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. I’m actually glad they didn’t honor the warranty, because I’m sure the work would still had been mediocre. Btw, they are not cheap. We paid $13,500 total, which included the shower, 2 sinks, counter tops, backsplash around the tub, quartz on the window sill, and a wooded skirt for the tub. The price did not include the hardware or the tile for the shower and backslash. And we paid another company for painting the cabinets, walls and replacing the lighting.

Had Patsy to my house on 1/28 to measure my shower floor to replace our current stone. Did not receive the estimate until 2/1. Sent Patsy an email with a couple of questions on 2/3; no response. Called them and spoke with Mrs. Watson (I presume) and asked her the questions I had. She told me they would send a new estimate; no estimate ever arrived. Sent follow-up email on 2/14 requesting the new estimate; still no reply. Sad for a local business.

Cannot say enough positive about Watson Tile and Stone. Because of our experience a couple of years ago with kitchen granite tops and tile, we selected them for renovation of bathrooms in our 35 year old home in North Richland Hills. Patsy, store owner, provides outstanding customer service. She is calm, friendly, follows up to check on work progress, answers questions, however small, and has good taste about types of materials and color. Patsy takes care of scheduling the plumbers and any other project related work. Angie, her daughter and the designer, does project estimates and returns to follow-up, as needed. With a gift for color and design, she is patient and helpful. We knew we wanted to replace the original bathtub and tile in one bathroom and replace carpet with tile in our master bathroom. When I asked Angie in jest what people did with often useless bath tubs in the master bathroom with showers, she said that they were doing a lot of "aging in place" remodeling, including walk in showers. Although this was an unplanned expense, it was one of the best decisions we have ever made! We even chose a doorless design. The tile "Master," Louis is a skilled and friendly hard worker. It says something about him and Patsy that he has worked for her so many years. The walk in shower option included tapping off the plumbing in the existing shower and converting the space into a closet with three shelves. In our case, this meant an extension of my existing closet. Louis read my mind in recommending shelf placement. Cilensio installed the tile in the second bathroom tub and Louis oversaw the work of an assistant in the master bathroom. I have recommended Watson to several people, finding out that often Watson has a better cost for the quality of the work and the service you receive! I highly recommend Watson.Services: Drywall repair

Watson Tile installed three new slabs of granite in our kitchen. From start to finish Patsy, her daughter and their installers did a fantastic job replacing existing dark granite with beautiful and much lighter granite. From start to finish Patsy was professional as were her installers. I was able to pick out my own slabs. Patsy had everything timed perfectly and efficiently. Her vendors were excellent and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Watson Tile not only for the quality experience but for the pricing as well.
