SO TIRED OF WELLS FARGO! Absolutely always an inconvenience for us to do our deposits or get change at any of the locations closest to our store.I hope we can change banks soon 4:00 and the commercial drive up, actually all drive ups are closed except the ATMWHY ?????

I have gone to open an account 3 times and they turn me down and say that I have to make an appointment or that they don’t have anyone to open it for me or they are about to close and I need like 1 hr or more.

I came in the drive through at 4:30pm. The hispanic lady was unable to help me and told me to go inside. Upon entering she did not greet me nor assit me but instead continued to serve other guests and pretend to be on the phone. Cathryn the manager sat and watched the lady ignore me and she did not ask the employee to assist me. After waiting for 10 minutes while they ignored me. Cathryn was unable to locate my account with my EIN and social security number.Absolutely horrible customer experience.

Great customer service. The manager here is awesome and down to earth. There is also another lady that sits to the right when you walk in very friendly.

I don't know if you will show this, but the service is as good as to be expected considering what the tellers must do to meet the expectations of the customers. BTW I would like to know the definition of SLOW! Or is it what each person expects!!

Have always come to this bank and it says they were open to 5pm on Fridays. It's 150pm and they are closed. Even called to see if just closed for lunch and no one picked up, but there were employee cars parked in back.

I was in desperate need of a new bank account. When I went Wells Fargo Jackie gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced ! She was so kind, engaging and well mannered we even have a birthday days apart lol. Jackie you are amazing and the best to do it girl !!! Customer service here is absolutely the worst. Open an account at chase or anywhere but here if you think that's your money you are wrong. It's their money and they just allow you to use it when they want you to. Pulling all of my money tomorrow I'm closing my account, My Platinum credit cards everything.

I can't get over how bad this bank is. I just deposited a $5000 check which isn't even that much money and they won't clear it for 9 days! I never had any problems like this at Frost. I'm going to be going back to Frost Bank. WF is so pathetic I can't stand it. They will screw you over in any way that they can. They don't care at all either. I have problems with them everytime I try to deposit a check. They won't do anything to help. If 0 stars was an option I'd puck that.

The bankerI was nice when I opened my new account. I'm upset because they can't setup online banking due to I had an account set up online over 10 yrs ago. Because I'm divorced and changed my name, they want my divorce decree. I can't find it. Now they want me to go to court house and get it. How do they think my driver's license was changed. Very inconvenient for online banking.

This banked is under staffed and super slow. Not very positive experiences here. Try the other Wells Fargo banks in the area instead.

I've been running checks to this location for months now and have only had amazing customer service and pleasant experiences. Laura is always caring and helpful! They deserve the very best from their customers not the worst!
