came in oct 17 to cash the the check of the company i worked for, was told by rebecca there is no money in the account and "you should talk with company accountant". apparently she was wrong i went to a different wells fargo location and got my check cashed. i mean you didnt even double check it man. come on girl you made me go thru all that hassle.

came in the drive through at 4:30pm. The hispanic lady was unable to help me and told me to go inside. Upon entering she did not greet me nor assit me but instead continued to serve other nonblack guests and pretended to be on the phone. Cathryn the manager sat and watched the lady ignore me and she did not ask the employee to assist me. After waiting for 10 minutes while they ignored me. Cathryn was unable to locate my account with my EIN and social security number.Absolutely horrible customer experience.My experience by the hispanic lady teller and the manager Cathryn could be sumerized as racial discrimination and customer service retaliation and I would like to speak to the GM.

Came in on 9/27/2022 and had an encounter with a lady with medium length black hair working at the bank tellers window all the way to the far right. We went in wanting to transfer money from one account to another with both parties being present. With the amount to be transferred, the lady said we couldn’t because an amount was pending, but that amount had nothing to do with what was being transferred. Then the lady had the audacity to ask us where the money came from that was pending. Honestly that was none of her business and it was rude, and I’m sure that wasn’t in her job description to ask. Especially if there was already enough money in the account already to transfer what we were asking for. She told us we couldn’t do the transaction and had to come back another day.

I never seen bankers this lazy.. people here dont want to work, i cam to access the safe and the banker is just sitting in her desk doing nothing claiming that she has an appointment with a customer that wasn’t even there… and it only takes 2 mins to let me access the safe! Laziness at its finest

This branch is the worst ever and they are trying real hard to make sure small businesses fail. I've been a customer since 1995 and it's time I make a change. I understand there are policies that have to be followed but after having a half a million tied up for 2 weeks with no answer what so ever except "Well just check back in three days". We have 70 employees to pay 5 rents due, 5 separate water bills, 5 separate cable bills and 5 separate electric bills due. Of course this situation can only be handled by ONE person who apparently NEVER works, amazing the size of the company wells fargo and our situation can only be handled by one single person. Yall are messing with the livilie hood of not only our company but all of our incredible employees who we depend on.

Supervisor long blond hair and a teller short dark hair told me that I’m not able to deposit cash to an corporate account and advise me to go get a money order. After calling the corporate office they stated it has to be cash deposit in order authorize my information. After one hour driving around no one would except to cash the money order I had gotten from QT. This was there fault and they don’t know what there doing they are so in professional they all need training even the supervisor this is such a HUGE INCONVENIENCE TO A CUSTOMER THAT JUST WANTED TO DEPOSIT INTO AN CORPORATE ACCOUNT. Poor communication and they don’t listen I had explained to the teller 3 times this needs to be fix and handled ASAP.

Andrea and Alesia is the tellers They need more trainingFor they inconvenience they cause me today been waiting till 9am and it’s just now 12:38pm and finally was able to cash 2 of the money orders that I was advised by Alesia to go get cause they don’t allow cash deposit into an corporate account. She n Andrea was stating that it was a misunderstanding but they need to listen and more TRAINING ON WHAT CAN BE DEPOSITED. So FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY CAUSE NOW I HAVE TO WAIT A DAY TO GET MY SITUATION SETTLED…..

This Wells Fargo never fails the customer service is excellent I was on my way to the water park so took a chance I walked in and taken care off immediately. I didn’t the young ladies name at the front desk yesterday but I wanted to give her shout out for amazing fast service and she made me laugh to boot lol thanks again

After waiting 15 minutes at the commercial lane I was told by Luisa who was very rude that I was allowed to use the other lanes for our business account. That is a first for me in all my years of doing banking. Not sure what the commercial lane is for then. She could have went about things differently but she was very very rude.
