If you’re looking for a bank that offers friendly, efficient service - AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Despite a lobby that looks like a ghost town, the staff, including the Manager, are self absorbed and make you feel like you’re bothering them. It has all the impersonal touches that most people try to avoid when choosing a bank - QR code check-in, constant references to online banking, telephone customer service and sales pitch after sales pitch. Almost everything EXCEPT eye contact and a smile. It makes you wonder why they have staff on location in the first place. Why not just have a kiosk that plays pleasant music while you do your “digital banking”.Whatever happened to banking the old fashion way? People who knew your name and bent over backwards to help - who value your time and your business - and take pride in a job well done. The staff at this location do a disservice to Wells Fargo and would benefit from customer training. If you prefer to be treated as a barcode rather than a human being, then by all means this is the place for you. If not, I suggest you check out the Colleyville Wells Fargo branch. The staff there are OUTSTANDING.Reply to “Owner”.Thanks for taking the time to read my comments, Angel. To my previous point about current business practices, surely financial organizations such as yours realize asking that personal information be transmitted online creates the opportunity for identity thief. Furthermore, personal information is not needed in order for you to address inadequacies in your staff. It simply takes the will and leadership to do so.

Absolutely love this location. Elva and Lindy were so helpful at making sure I set up not only my business account but updating my last name since marriage. I appreciate them so much. Definitely making this my home branch. You guys rock! (:

Extremely bad service or I should say no service. I was not able to go inside the bank. I’m healthy, and have a mask. I’m taking all my money out of WF and will tell anyone they should too. The crisis has been over. At drive through I give my card and check and out in tube. Are they wearing gloves and/or sanitizing my debit card and the tube on every transaction? And I know the cash i got back wasn’t sanitized.

I (literally) have 9 Wells Fargo branches closer to me than this one. I even drive past a few of them to get there... for good reason. They know exactly who I am when I call. When I'm having issues, the people at this branch have ALWAYS pulled through. They make me feel like I'm a V.I.P. member. AND I've only been with Wells Fargo for 2 years. The credit union that I've been with since birth doesn't even come close in service. I'm normally pretty anti-corporate when ever possible. This is definitely an exception.
