The team at the WNB are by far some of the most amazing professionals I have ever had the privilege to know and work alongside! The experience begins the moment you step into the building. You are greeted by a smile from Susie in security and on to an amazing customer experience from Demi and Marianna. Melissa meets and exceeds expectations if you are needing support from the leadership level. This group is top notch and are what make WNB such a fantastic financial institution to build a relationship. Thank you for all you do!

How anyone could give this bank a 1 star rating is beyond me. I've been with this bank for almost 6 years now, even left them for a brief period a couple of years ago and they welcomed me back as if I never left when I returned. Everyone there has always gone the extra mile for me when it comes to helping someone out. Maybe it's just that people are negative in general, don't open their eyes and only think about themselves. I don't know? The fact that I see someone commenting on here that one of the tellers was 'rude.' Now that's a joke in itself. We all have bad days, there's not one 'rude' person who works at that bank. I would like this tellers full name, job title and in what way they were 'rude.' If I am not able to get a response that's because the customer doesn't know what they are talking about. Perhaps the customer needs to think about who was being 'rude.'

I have so much trouble when I call you leave a message they won't call you back what's the uses of having an answering machine. You're better off just telling me the customer I really don't care about your phone call.I called two locations to make sure that they were opened left messages I don't want to go over there and they not be open you call customer service they said check the website I explained to them the website is not always accurate if they would answer the phone I could and ask instead of believing that the website is correct I've been with them since 2006 it was good at first and they just went downhill there's no incentive for me being loyal to that bank but their attitude is if you don't like it go somewhere else..Sad thing they're all that way.

I've been with them for 20+ years, I love this bank. Not the typical fee obsessed bank. Great service.

Horrible service Roxanne “THE MANAGER†stated she could not issue a refund for a bank error, FIRST & furthermore a manager has the power to say YES in any situation. Rather than her admitting her wrongdoings she proceeds to debate with me && remind you I am the CUSTOMER (who is ALWAYS -even when sometimes not-RIGHT) she then reads to me that they have NO ADDRESS ON FILE FOR ME, THEN READS THEY HAVE “TWO†ON FILE FOR ME. This “MANAGER†doesn't even know how to run her system. The point is I am a RECENT FORMER EMPLOYEE, so I know your lies. & to be a manager you need a lot of training and I will be reaching out to Jason Stockton because he should definitely pull the tape on that call. If I were a secret shopper you would have definitely failed. Signed a FORMER EMPLOYEE && CUSTOMER.

I keep getting odd charges every month in my savings account. Last time it was a charge for transferring money from my savings to my checking. It's my money. I had to put my cat down and I didn't know how much money I would need. And it's my money so why does it matter if I move it around. Now this month I got a service charge of $3 because from December 27th to January 4th my savings was at $0. As soon as I got paid I put money back in it. Sorry I had to take $1500 out of it to go buy a new car. How dare I. I thought that's what savings is for? I am getting really sick of these surprise charges. I've been with y'all for over 4 years and I feel like you are making up new rules now and just trying to get money out of me. Maybe it's time to switch banks!!
