Everybody is very friendly, and if there's any issues whatsoever they are very quick to help you out with any issues that you may have with your account or any disputes that you could possibly have. One of the number one Bank that is out there definitely highly recommend

I’ve been with Woodforest for going on six years, and this is definitely one of the better branches. The bankers at this branch have always been friendly, and treat me with respect. In fact, most all of the branches, I would get five stars to except for maybe the Keller branch and that’s only because of one banker but there’s always one anywhere you go, right? I don’t give five stars normally but when I think about everything I’m looking for in a bank, it’s hard to find anything that would give me a reason to give anything less than five star at this branch.While I’m on here, let me give kudos to the district manager as well because he’s always been very helpful.

Online says they open at 9. I got here at 9 and 20 minutes later no one is here yet. Either the employees can’t get here on time or they open later and the company doesn’t update accurate hours. Either way when it comes to getting your money this is a huge red flag. Will be considering other banking options after this experience.

Every time I come in, there is some sort of issue. They make everything more difficult than it should be. This is my business bank and I HATE it. The people are generally nice, but it does not make up for the waiting & difficulty of simple transactions.
