I am pleased with the service that the manager, Barbara, provided me and helped with all of my questions and concerns. She was able to help me figure out a better plan that worked for me. While I hate that the fees are constantly going up, and have increased a lot since I started renting from them, the customer service has made it easier. Thank you Barbara for your professionalism and desire to help others!
