Great location, as far as location in the city. Harder to access during rush hour because there isn't much room in front of the gate. Not busy though. I was able to easy whip in and out to grab what I needed when I needed it.

They gave $38 price and then suddenly increased their billing to $57 within 6 months saying that the contract says we can increase the price within 3 to 6 months to whatever we want!
Never heard of anything like this at other storage places.
I do not recommend this place.

I show up when the place is open and the door is locked. Nobody home at 10:45am on a Friday.

I had my storage for 28 days told the black lady a week before I was getting my stuff out of storage. However, she said she would note my account and didn't do anything. I'm upset because they put it on my credit report like I owe them. On top of the fact it was a rat in the storage putting holes in my clothes. Like these people need to be sued and the black lady needs to be fired. This place is unbelievable. Dont go to public sstorage they just lie to get money

I need to talk to someone because when you broke my locks and put one of your locks, someone stole a large Sony car speaker from my space and no one wants to solve the problem with the speaker, and even so, you want me to continue paying the rent for the place when no one solves the problem with the theft of the speaker. You have cameras and can check who took it. I attach a photo of my speaker.

This is the nastiest place I’ve ever had things stored at. I only keep materials here and the were ruined by rats!! Stay away also I just got a 3 day notice about a price increase.

Robin at Public Storage is the best . there needs to be more people like her. She is great, friendly and easy to work with.

The public storage in North Richland hills Texas 4921 Davis Boulevard.. is horrible! They are overrun with rats!!! They ate my clothes. The attendant is very rude and uncompliant. She acts like she's bothered if you ask her any questions or have any concerns. She needs to practice some customer service skills.

Do not store your belongings here!! Management is awful! I booked this location on accident and cancelled right away. They did not give a refund, instead they left me a spiteful VM when I tried to dispute the charge. They also sent the bill to a collections agency.

Horrible place managed by incompetent people. Oh, and full of rats, See pics of rat poop.
First, they will rent you a unit at a cheap price, and not tell you that the rent is not fixed, that according to your contract, they can basically change the rent at anytime. And guess what, it never gets cheaper, course not, just goes up. Big surprise.
Second, I had one week to move my belongings out of the unit, since I was moving out of town. I had been renting for about a year and I was never once late on my bill. I show up to get my stuff, and to my surprise, find a second lock on my unit, that was not installed by me, and could not gain access to my unit. I go into the office, which in the past, was also almost always empty btw. The girl inside said they could not remove the lock, and that I’d have to remove myself. I told her it was not my lock, and that they could remove it. Finally, after prob a few dozen phone calls, to their worthless 800 number, which gets you customer service in India or something, and nearly a week later, they finally had someone come out and remove the lock. I also called the district manager, I think a guy named Marcus, prob another dozen times (he never answers his phone and does not return phone calls). Finally got in contact with him via email, again, I think close to 5 days later. Had to rent another uhual to move my stuff. Avoid this place and any public storage facility. Their customer service is atrocious.
