I stopped going to North Zola's grocery with my family and a employee decided to inform family members and friends of ours how she is better than us in the sense of her attitude how do conflict try to resolve it civilly when in this morning to get breakfast I asked what time the deli opened and she told a customer to answer me aje wasn't going to answer me it's a shame that I brought it to the Management's attention and it's still being allowed to go on

Many of the staff here are very rude. There is a guy that works at night that hates his job and has no idea how to give customer service. Every single one of them charges different prices as well. Save time and hassle and go to their competitor. They know customer service.

Good breakfast tacos. Owners are very polite. One employee at night (a male) is very rude. I've heard many customers complain about how rude he is. However the store and restrooms are generally clean. Store items are somewhat expensive.

If they're not busy or crowded then it's usually extremely fast and convenient. But sometimes there can be a little extra wait in line.⚠️ AN EMPLOYEE RECENTLY ADMITTED that he is SICK, and that EVERY EMPLOYEE that works there either is sick or is just getting over from being sick...and everyone who is sick, are STILL showing up and working.....even admitted a couple that just tested POSITIVE for Covid.

The evening cashier can be a bit touchy at times but theres nothing like a good joke to crack the hard facade. Nothing special really. The deli is also worth a look
