Wow the line was so long. You've got 2 employees in there. Only one is actually checking customers out. They're sitting there having a nice long conversation. Not really paying attention to the customer. The one guy that's checking people out has 1 hand in his pocket and he's doing everything with the other hand which makes it take forever. Once he rings you up, you gotta wait for him to stop talking so that you can pay for your order. It's gross and smells so bad.

I don’t usually review stores, but I felt compelled to write a review of this 7/11 after many many less than desirable visits. If every 7/11 was run like this one, the company would certainly go out of business. In the last year or less, here are just a few of the things that I have encountered:
- Slurpee machines not working (all of them)
- Only one or two flavors of Slurpee available
- No Slurpee cups
- Only small Slurpee cups (have never seen a medium cup here)
- Only large drink cups are available (pretty much every day)
- Totally out of drink cups
- Totally out of straws
- No fountain drinks available
- All coffee gone by 10:00 am
- No coffee cups available
- No lids for coffee
- More than one gas pump out of order
- All gas pumps closed
- No receipt available at the gas pump (several of the pumps have had this situation daily for years)
I venture that most people who come to a 7/11 do it primarily for gas and/or beverage. If you can’t have these two basics upon which the chain is known working at least 99% of the time, then there is something wrong with the management.
This is the only 7/11, in fact the only gas station, available for a several mile radius. We count on it, and it lets us down. As soon as anything else opens nearby, I would think many will stop going here, I know I will.

Felt like I needed to leave this review because I was very impressed how an associate handled a situation. The young man that was working around 5pm on 9/5/2025 handled an out of control customer. The lady was obviously drunk or was going threw something started to have a mental breakdown about not being able to get her bottle of wine she wanted because the coke vender had items to count in that blocked part of the wine isle. She also blocked the ramp the vendor was bringing in the product. She was being extremely rude and had no care in the world for anyone else. The young man killed her with kindness no matter how rude she was being.

Worst 7/11 I've ever seen. The employees are routinely rude and ignore customers and long lines. They would rather laugh with each other on their phones than help us customers. Avoid if possible.

Do not stop at this gas station. The bathrooms were disgusting in addition to not having soap. There was no water to clean the windshield and no paper and the receipt dispenser. Overall, you’d be better off moving onto a different location.

Just had the best experience at 7-11! My kids begged to go try a candy their friend recommended, and once we got to the counter, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home in my work bag. I only had $7 in my purse, and that’s when Roy, the amazing cashier, stepped in. Without hesitation, he pulled out his own wallet and covered the difference. 7-11 truly hit the jackpot with him! It’s heartwarming to know there are still such kind people in the world. I ran home, grabbed cash, and went right back to pay him back. Forever grateful—thank you, Roy!

Half the pumps are bagged and out of service and extremely dirty… please put some effort in upkeep. Busiest gas station in the area. Should have funds and manpower to upkeep it.

owner did not activate lottery tickets before they were sold. then when we came back to cash we were basically told to figure it out ourselves. employees do nothing but complain and argue when there is any problem

This 7-Eleven off of Cleveland-Gibbs Rd in Northlake, Texas is absolutely disgusting! The inside is filthy, and it smells awful the moment you walk in. Clearly, no one bothers to clean ever. I’ve seen state fair bathrooms cleaner than this place! The floors are sticky, and it looks like they haven’t been touched in weeks. On top of that, the gas pumps and the ground is not kept up with neither and full of trash! avoid this location at all costs! Excuse me while I go puke! The manager of this location should be ashamed!

I come here often and it’s usually short staffed. I went in this morning to get wings and i had touched the wings i was going to buy because i was in line already. I get to cashier. (Dude with glasses and a man bun) he charges me and my cards don’t go through because their system went down and i had no cash. So i had to leave what i was going to purchase and i see this man put back the wings i touched already. That is just un sanitary. Never again going to this 7/11 and i have job sites down the street often. Sad.
