“The room was clean. Customer service very good, they were very pleasant and welcoming. I went down to the spa and pool and no hot tub but pool was nice. Oh and water pressure in our room was enough but on the low side. Would I stay here again? Yes.”

“The hotel is very nice, pretty quiet, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. Pillows leave something to be desired and the shower head sprays everywhere. LOL!
The vanity doesn't really have enough light to get ready, but at least you get to see yourself in low lighting, so that makes you look better, right?
All in all, a good place to stay in a good location with several amenities... Can request most things through the app and they have been quick to deliver. For a couple nights stay, couldn't ask for much more.”

Despite weather complications, the staff (including the general manager) went above and beyond to take care of me and my team. They adapted to every problem and the GM was out shoveling ice herself to enhance customer safety.

“The stay was great. The location was perfect for being near our destinations and also having several dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly. Our group had four rooms and were able to get them close together. The breakfast was average, as expected with BW. The internet was the only disappointment; it was unreliable and wouldn't maintain a connection.”

“Went during Christmas and stopped for the night. Checked in around midnight, gentlemen at front desk was nice and was quick to help with a room. Room was overall clean, TV and WiFi are good for basic leisure.
Would recommend this spot compared to other locations around this part of the city.”
“They got me in quick me and my daughter and I’m grateful. My room was clean the tv was new I was in room 214. I had a lot of stuff and I was by myself so when it was time to leave they didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was being kicked out I politely told housekeeping I was packing up and she said okay and went on her way. I checked in at the middle of the night trying to stay warm with my kiddo and they helped me.”

“My flight was canceled late in the night. Airport customer service was terrible. But when I arrived by taxi to this hotel early Saturday morning, everything changed. Jordan Holt was at front desk. She was so kind. I told her I was not able to get luggage. She immediately asked if I need complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. This was perfect, since I came with very little. Even found a charging cord to power my phone. I came down early morning a delicious hot breakfast.
Then I met Joy at desk the following morning. She was very sweet and yes so helpful. It was a joy to be in the hotel with so many sweet and kind people. I told Joy, I hated to leave when it was time to head back to airport. Jordan and Joy was wonderful to me when my flight was canceled. I can't say enough about their kindness. These two employees were jewels fir me”
