Very bad first impression.Walking in, I had to seek out someone upstairs and was told to hold on a minute. Without coming out to look at my project, she quoted me an outlandish hourly rate for removing my current decals (a hourly rate close enough to have an attorney personally stand out there and remove them). Very disappointed in the tone of our brief conversation because we had a fleet of business to send their way, but ultimately they seemed disinterested.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The sign was not ready on time, installed a week later, and a letter went missing or was never produced. When you call to complain, salespeople and the owner are nowhere to be found. I like my new sign, but it is not worth the hassle.

After checking several options and considering doing it myself. A friend of mine had used Image 212 to have her Van printed by them. I was shocked at the quality and the price. The value of having an experienced company print and install graphics on my box truck far exceeded the few bucks I could have saved doing it myself. I am having him do my pickup next and will refer anyone I get a chance to Image 212.
