I've been really impressed with Lamar National Bank. The team is welcoming and supportive. We just opened an additional account for my teen, and they were patient with her. I also appreciate how quickly they handle transactions and address any concerns. I highly recommend this bank for customer service and dependability.

I opened an account several years ago (several) and hoped I’d have the small bank experience.
The bank had:
Terrible opening hours
No weekends
Short customer service hours- no weekends
Weeks to get a replacement atm card
When my account dropped for a few days to about 12.00 before my monthly deposit my account was cancelled. Furthermore I received no notification via any form of communication.
Now, I have several companies direct deposits floating and I have to allow the 3 companies time to cancel those deposits and send new deposits.
Meanwhile I am without money!
A simple, small bank, call would have avoided this situation.
I’m back with a big bank that treats me like a family member!!

Wonderful people with great character and passion, I often go there and hang out with Arya the Egyptian beautiful queen and Kasey the smart man, and Dillon the scientist of the Bible. They make time to have a conversation and I cherish every moment with them.
