10/10 patient experience. Front staff was extremely cordial, tech was excellent, doc was informative and efficient, and they even price matched my contacts! Christy, Alex, Stacy, Grace all amazing!

I could not be happier with the staff here. They are always courteous, attentive and thorough. But my most recent visit was even more special. Christie helped me pick out the perfect glasses due to my life circumstances and really helped make a stressful time so much better. She listened and was there for me more than necessary. She truly was a God send and I will continue to make myeyedr. my eye Dr. for the care and service provided today. Thank you!

I had a great time, in the ten years that I have been blind I didn’t know that you were not supposed to strain your eyes when trying to read the eye chart. I had questions and the staff didn’t make me feel dumb at all. Dr Denny Thomas was patient and kind and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him. He is the best one I have ever had. Then I had Christien help pick out my frames and she was of great help.

Christie and the staff at Northlake are awesome. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She had to skip lunch because my insurance wasn't taking. Called them multiple times until it was figured out. Thank you Christie for the great experience and customer service

It was my first time to see Dr. Thompson and she was so nice and knowledgeable. From the time I made the appointment, to check in, the eye tests, seeing the doctor, and then check out…I met incredible people! They were all so very helpful, knowledgeable in their area, and just super nice. This was a very pleasant experience.

I was at my dentist appointment yesterday and they happen to be next door. I needed an eye exam and replacement for glasses. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were welcoming , professional and knowledgeable. I walked out with 3 types of glasses and I recommend to all my family and friends.

I have been going to this location prior to it being part of My Eye Dr.The receptionist and technician staff are friendly and professional. I last visited with Dr. Thompson for my annual check up. She was short and sweet. Casey, who assisted me with picking out my frames was very pleasant to work with; he answered all of my questions and always makes sure to call me with updates on when I can expect to receive my glasses. I recommend asking for him next time.I would have given this review five stars if it wasn’t for the office manager and the uncleanliness of the facility. There was dust covering the showcases of the glasses and the machines in the back are clearly not being cleaned, as mentioned in previous reviews.I had a negative encounter with the office manager in which she arrogantly accused me of yelling at her front desk staff when I called to check up on my glasses and proceeded to cut me off every time that I tried to clarify the situation or ask her a question. For reference, I had called frustrated checking on my order seeing that it had been several business days and I had not received confirmation of whether or not the office would be able to order the frames that I wanted.

I had my annual eye exam today.The moment I walked in Stacey greeting was pleasant. Stacey the front desk staff was pleasant and very nice.Alexis the tech is a great part of the team, and is a good part of what makes the visit there great.My visit with Dr. Thomas was very professional and I received excellent treatment/care. I’ll make sure I see him next year.I place an order for a pair of glasses, and Alex made sure my order was processed with great customer service!What a great place!

I had my eye exam done on the 10th. Check-in was okay, their attitude could have been better. The technician taking my eye pictures was friendly and nice. The machines used are not being cleaned up though. The previous customer smeared makeup (tons of it) on the machine and it was not cleaned up until I mentioned it. Dr. Thomas was super friendly and answered all my questions. The next step was a bit disappointing. I had to ask the staff to clean the glasses I wanted to try. They were friendly and understanding but it goes to show that cleaning is not a priority at this office. Lastly, it's the 25th and I have yet to get my glasses. I've called several times. Each time they said they'll call the lab to see what the issues is and they'll call me back. Yeah, I'm still waiting for that call.I'm all out for supporting "local" businesses but they are not making it easy.

We were originally clients of Dr Shea who was incredible, when they first opened up under Northlake Family Eye Care, but in their infinite stupidity or greed, they sold the business to MyEyeDr who is a horrible chain! Literally a night a day difference between the two companies and the way they run their business! No use talking about the way it was, they sold out. So my post is based upon the franchise "MyEyeDr".It always starts with the front desk. The older black lady was rude at the reception desk wasn't friendly nor welcoming and would take walk in over those of us with appointments! After she told me to take a seat because she was busy, it was 30 minutes later until she even acknowledged me! They finally called me back and Dr Thomas was wonderful! He was an excellent eye doctor, but the staff is sub par! They kept calling us feeling us my daughters contacts were in but then said they couldn't find them; twice. Then they took my expensive set of frames that they were going to change out the lenses and broke my $600 frame. Ironically they were my favorite frames, which is why I was having them update them. They apologized and said I could come in and pick a replacement pair of frames. But once I got there, they said I was limited only to choose from the back wall of frames under $250! Even though Dr Thomas was excellent, I don't have time to indulge incompetence with their staff!

I was having problems with one eye, called, and they offered to get me in the same day. The front desk associates were as warm and welcoming, as they were efficient. My nurse was also very attentive and thorough. My eye doctor took my concerns Very seriously, and explained to me, in depth, what the issue and treatment was. She also was sure to schedule my follow up personally, and even called my prescription in to my family pharmacy. I Highly recommend for your optical needs.

Casey was awesome! Dr. Danny Thomas was through and took care of me and my daughters eye appointments. Alexis was great in our testing. Would recommend.

Haven’t been to a doctor in a few years and the staff and doctor at my eye was wonderful. They made me very comfortable and helped with getting the right fit. Christine Mills a general manager is very thorough and had a lot of patience. I highly recommend them.
