Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They screwed up a pretty simple order and then the cashier argued and refused to fix it. I stated that I ordered something else and he continued to argue, claiming I made the mistake, he yelled and cussed at me in front of the whole restaurant. Several bystanders had to get involved to calm the situation. When I asked for a manager, he said he was one, even tho he clearly was not. He, his supervisor and the store owner clearly need a lesson in customer service. This place should be shut down until the staff can be fully trained.

This place is awful. Horrible customer service, half of my food was missing, none of it was charged correctly and a single sauce for 5 tenders? I don’t get it. Yall need to get your stuff worked out or shut this location down!

This is more for the owner/Managers to see. The car parked in the picture was pretending to go through the drive thru lane. I waited 10 minutes behind him, while he was looking at the menu. Finally he pulled forward like he was going to order and then kept going. Turns out he was an employee, parked and went inside to keep working (he was even wearing a headset). Not sure what game he was playing but it was a nuisance and you shouldn't be posting employees to harass/annoy customers.Once I ordered my food, they got my order wrong (regular vs spicy) and the chicken was cold.

I was trying to redeem an online offer instore via the app and they kept refusing even after I pulled up the redeem instore option.The manager needs more training when it comes to customer service, I'm a manager and his behavior was intolerable and hostile.After the order was finally made I went over it again and he said I changed it and its not what I originally said.After fixing it he then began speaking about me in Spanish to the other employees, I speak Spanish and this behavior was very unacceptable and made me uncomfortable.Need better training, better people and overall better attitude in this place.Update: WRONG ORDER TOO

Drive thru took too long to order. The person was shouting because they couldn’t hear us and we got the wrong food. Wasn’t worth our time to go back due to all the road construction.

This Popeye’s is garbage. There’s a better one on Westport Pkwy that have consistently gotten me my food within 5 minutes. No point in having this place open with so many better options and better location that you can get to within 10 minutes of this place.

Picked up four sandwiches that were made all incorrectly. I attempted to call to rectify the situation. Regretfully, no one answered the phone. I showed up today when they were supposed to be open and I was instructed that they won't have any " chicken" until 11:30. I would really hope this is not a corporate store. If it is, you guys drop the ball hard! If this is a franchise store, I would be absolutely livid at the fact whoever is managing this property is doing such a poor job.

I normally don’t review fast food restaurants but I decided to make an exception because this Popeyes is the worst fast food establishment that I have ever experienced. The staff/manager are rude and act like customers are a nuisance. I have been here twice where I have to interrupt employees standing around to place an order. On my most recent visit I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to get on the speaker to take my order. After 4 cars lined up behind me in the drive through, I finally drove up to the window. The employee working the drive through window pretended like she didn’t see me and I finally left after 5 more minutes of waiting.

I got to the place at 9:30 PM. They close at 10 I know it was pretty late but i worke a night shift so i wanted some chicken. I got to the speaker. The guy told me one moment I waited and waited and asked again. Then he he said rudley one moment and left me there for another 10 minutes. I pulled up to the window and he was just like no we closed. I said you'll head me waiting there for 15 minutes. He said so what we're closed. At 9:50 they close not at 10. They stopp serving, apparently at 9:30. I work at night ship and understand I came in late but he could have just told me that they were out of chicken. And I would've been fine with that and left instead of having me. Wait for 15 minutes just to be rude. and tell me no. We're closed.

I've been here a handful of times in a span of 2 years during my lunch break. I haven't visited this place in a long time but whenever I drive past it, I already knew no cars would be in the drive-thru because there's nobody there to ever answer and that's happened to me twice and I'm never letting it happen again because it's a waste of my time. The first few times I've been here, the service was decent, not horrible but not good either. The last few times I was here, employees are non-existent. Don't bother coming here at all or even trying your luck. Back then, when I did get the chance to receive my food, it is usually on point but even the food can't save this location. I'd rather see it gone and have a better fast food restaurant here.

Just a ghetto Popeyes in the middle of a good area.... No customer service, no food, supervisor yelling at people, crazy. Oh and they do not accept drive-thrus, you can find this out by sitting in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes and driving up to the window and nobody greeting you or giving you any answers... I'll take my business elsewhere.
