My child loves his new school. They have an upstanding curriculum. They’re more flexible with the days you may need child care. It’s a big difference from my child’s other school. Teacher are great and Miss Jennifer will try to help you in whatever questions you may have. Also fast response in email. I highly recommend this school. Reasonable price and spacious building.

Overcrowded, classrooms not in ratio. Left a 30 week pregnant teacher alone in a room with 25 3-4 year olds for entire day. Teacher ended up wetting her pants so as not to leave classroom. Complete chaos. Not a healthy environment at all. Do not send your kids here!!!!

My 2year old son attended this daycare and loved it for a couple of weeks. All of a sudden he changed and would cry right when we pulled up to the building, and his teachers told me it was normal for kids to not wanna go after the first couple weeks. And then one day I dropped him off he came home with a bruise on his arm and teachers had no idea what happened or how he got it and when asked to see the cameras they refused and said I could only watch 1hour of the day and that was it! No one ever got back to me afterwards either and I was never showed the footage of that day.

I am so extremely disappointed in this place. We inquired about a tour and were told there is an opening for our son in November. My son cried during the tour because he's had a bad experience at day care before, however we thought this place was great and wanted to go forward with the registration. I was told I can call when I get home to start the registration process and that I would get the enrollment information in my email.... I called that same day and was told the lady that could help me was in a meeting and someone would call me back. I didn't hear back so I called the next morning and was told the spot was no longer available for my son....I asked when the next available spot would be and the lady said not till December. I asked if we can go ahead and register for that than and she laughed and said "oh actually that one is not in the system anymore either and we don't have anything till June next year" . At that point it became pretty clear they just didn't want him, and I find it upsetting that they lied and wouldn't even give him a chance....

Premier Academy Northlake is by far the best Pre-school in the area, at least for me and we've been to several around here for different reasons, just ask for a tour and you will understand why, their teachers never leave and that should tell you a lot about the place, employees are obviously happy to work here and children thrive in this kind of environments.

I cannot say enough about Premier Academy Northlake. They are hands down the best. My son struggled with his speech when he was first enrolled and within 2 weeks of attending Premier he was talking so much that even the speech therapist he was working with was amazed. Other than it being a great learning environment, they are so caring. It's easy to see the staff love what they do. I feel so blessed to be able to drop my child off somewhere and know that he's not only taken care of, but also cared about. Thank you so much Jenifer, Kevin, Vanessa, Sabrina, and everyone else at Premier Academy Northlake! (:

I cannot say enough great things about Premier Academy! My husband and I have both of our children enrolled there and they are thriving - they absolutely love the school and we love it, too! The director, the teachers, and the rest of the staff all work incredibly hard to ensure that the children are happy, safe, healthy, and learning. They also clearly care so much about the students and their families. We are so grateful for this school!

Our son always loved going to preschool until he started at Northlake Premier Academy. This was our first sign that something wasn’t right. He was there a total of 10 months and during that time he had 5 different teachers. We would constantly walk in during drop off/pick up and hear various teachers yelling in a harsh tone. Our son developed an attitude and would come home repeating the negative things he learned from school. Several times we caught them out of ratio. Their directors where never at the front desk to monitor visitors or check ids when we had alternate family pick up. Then on our last day I walked into the classroom with no adult present. The teacher was across the hall talking to another classroom’s teacher. Half the kids were walking out into the hallway while the others ran in circles around the room screaming (not to mention they had chairs stacked on top of tables which is a safety hazard). Extremely thankful we were able to find better childcare for our son! I would not recommend this location due to the poor management.

Love this place! The teachers treat my child as their own! She has learned so much and loves going. Over the pandemic break she begged to go to school! I came here after a terrible experience and they have loved my baby and taken such great care of her.

Premier was outstanding for my granddaughter. It was an answer to prayer.
