Drove 7 hours from NE Arkansas based on loan pre-approval. The lender backed out due to my wife being on my bank account. The salesman, Steve, spent several hours getting me reapproved. Left the car lot after hours. Drove 100 miles and realized I had a coolant leak. After 200 miles I returned to the lot and read up on Texas State laws and realized I had no rights to back out of the deal and would most likely be stuck with a lemon. Steve arrived in the morning and I explained the issue to him. My fears were immediately relieved when he said, "We will fix the issue or get you in a different truck." He could tell I was up all night and was in need of rest. He gave me a couch in their break room to sleep on, while they made the repairs at no cost to me. Truck repairs took 6 hours. Relieved and well rested I returned to Arkansas incident free. I love my truck and have no regrets. Will be buying my next truck from Steve Record as well. Great Guy, Great Service. FIVE STARS for Steve and his team.

Stephen helped us get a very nice truck. He really helped and got the job done. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. He was able to get everything done for us online so that when we came in we weren’t even there 30 minutes. Talk about sign and drive. I highly recommend Stephen and Village Motors.

Truck looked great in pictures. Different story when I got there. Bumper falling/ torn . Dry rotted tires . Door looked like it’s been broken into . The guy didn’t know much about it .

Don't buy here!!!!! Bought a truck here and the motor died 3 days later! Had to fight to get out of the loan and lost a 10 grand deposit!

This owner has god awful customer service skills. I asked a very simple question about a $35,000 truck and was met with a “no” and why do you need that information. Apparently they don’t want to sell vehicles and it’s apparent with their already bad ratings. Cancelled.

Friends son bought a Charger from Cecy a year ago. Car hasn’t ran for more than 2 months since he’s had it. They took his 3k in cash, gave him a car that didn’t even make it all the way home bc the tires had steel coming out of them. If this lot ripped you off and you’re reading this, contact a lawyer and write to the BBB. Maybe we can get this awful scam of a dealership shut down. Cecy and Steve if you read this you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

There is so much to say about this place with the wonderful experience we had with Village Motors just a few weeks ago. For starters, this is a very clean dealership, that has friendly, attentive, but not overbearing staff. Secondly, my husband is picky, and a very experienced mechanic, and can be difficult when shopping, after all, this was a big purchase. He also has humor that some don't understand. Cecilia kept us smiling, made jokes along the way, and when it was time to do business let me tell you, she knew how to handle it! All of my husband's questions were answered with honesty and put at ease with copies of the car history reports etc. Not to mention, Village Motors is the ONLY dealership who had diesel trucks for sale with great prices! After looking at the truck my husband wanted, the next day we went to do the purchase. Cecilia was there with a friendly greet and made the whole process smooth sailing and once again made handling business as easy as pie! As much as I would not want to buy another vehicle, when it is time to do so Village Motors will be our first stop! Thank you so much to all at Village Motors who helped our family with the truck of our dreams! The mega cab not only hauls all of toys, rides, and trailers, but it will also fit our two kids comfortably and when we are blessed with a third baby we will be able to fit a third car seat in the back seat with NO problems. I don't believe I have ever seen my husband more happy and satisfied with a purchase before!! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Financed a 45k truck with a 20k down, description of it read "Like New" , but, after 2-3 weeks its at the shop due to a transmission problem, so its at the shop for the next week or so and I still have to fix 2 leaks which (coolant) (oil) which in total of repairs comes to about 1900, then it gets repo because I decided to wait to pay my first payment ( although it was still not month overdue ) so the Lot buys it back, and not even offer 15k or at least 10k back to me after doing and showing proof of the repairs. Im giving it a 2 star because the lady there is nice but cmon who finances a truck and expects to pay it monthly while repairing it? at least say something prior to financing it) I basiclly rented it for a month and a half for 20k and still repaired a major issue on it for he next buyer. i just dont think its fair. So if you can , buy it in full ! that was my 22k mistake.

Bought a Used F350 in 09/2020. You really do need to know what your getting into from this place. It does sell used vehicles that may or may not be really viable. Expect to "fix up" your vehicle and/or repair after you buy it. Mine needed over $7000 and spent about a week getting the whole front end replaced. My engine is fine, prior owner maintaned it well thank god. These guys are in the business of "flipping" auctioned vehicles that are "very" used. I can say that I went into it knowing and expecting to "fix" the vehicle and do appreciate how they did the paperwork and get the loan squared away. My truck runs fine and does what it is supposed to do after some TLC. All in all, my expense has been far less than buying a brand new F350. I've only spent roughly $7000 for all new front end and all other issues found by the Ford Dealer I took it too. I spent another $2000 on tires later, but I don't really count that. The tires that were on the truck lasted me 10 months. So that plus the loan totals to about $20,000 which is much less than $80,000 for new one. All in all, about a 4 rating, but not for the product. The sale was easy. Not pushy at all. I was able to go over the truck all I wanted till I was confident of what I was getting into and I had no impression they were dishonest. They just sell what they sell. Up to you to deal with your decision.

As someone else stated I wish there was a no star review.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE...Sold me a Dodge 3500 and it has major transmission issue and they are not willing to fix the issue. You can contact Texas Licensing and submit your complaints there. Or contact BBB over this dealership

I wish there was a no star review! Crooked dealership. My friend bought a used BMW SUV and didn’t even make it home and it broke down. Major mechanical failures and pieced together to drive it off the lot. Shame on you Village Motors. Friends tell friends and word gets out. If they deserved any business they would be jumping through hoops to mitigate the issues and earn repeat business. Sounds to me like they are crooked scam artists. How can people like that sleep at night!!! Do what’s right and fix his vehicle!!

●●●●●●●Buyers BEWARE●●●●●●I bought a 2009 BMW X5 February 10th from Village Motors. Steve was my salesman. I didn't even get the car home and had major engine problems. Called immediately, told Steve the car was parked and not drivable and as the snow storm was approaching, I'd be intouch with him asap. After calling Steve back, of course he at that point would only text me, telling me my motor was fried. But he would sell me a used motor for $2k for my X5. I sent the X5 to a BMW dealer for a diagnostic test. Needs over $5k in engine repairs. As of today March 17th, I still have not received my plates, registration, or my title. I was told by Steve on March 8th my plates were being mailed out that same day. More lies... The owner I spoke to on the phone today, didn't give a damn bout my car or the situation!!

My buddy just purchased a BMW X5 from here and didn’t even make it home before the vehicle started giving all kind of lights. Turns out major mechanical issues and they have not jumped through any hoops to do what’s right. Looks like they pieced it together to drive off the lot and they knew how bad off it was. Crooks and scam artists. The thing is that people tell other people, and those people tell people, and so on. Do what’s right and fix the car. Not sure how you people sleep ok at night. What happened to the Golden Rule?! Think twice before you trust these people with purchasing your next vehicle. If not, you were warned!
