I scheduled an appointment for my passport. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told the person who does the passports will arrive shortly. Well 30 minutes later.... I ask for an update and I'm told the person is on lunch break and will be out in 15 minutes WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?!?? I will never do any business here ever again.

Lousy service also bad customer service untrained 204b supervisor are not suppose to be doing carrier work breaking contracts rules. Very disappointed. They promise to bring my package out. Never came or call. Great!$%%&, service!@@@###$%%^.

Just recently sent something to my friend that lives in Hawaii. Went to the wrong address. CRAP ! Don't know what he post office over there did. But it came back butchered. I'll find the photos and update it to my review. Moral of the story Hawaii's post office tore it up delivered it to the wrong place and sent it back a month later. This post office here was very caring to what just happened and took my number down to update me on my package. Very helpful. He wasn't very nice the first few times but I guess I grew on him , LOL. This post office is the worst! They mess up my mail consistently! I have been dealing with delivery issues for almost 3 years now. My packages get stolen yet the carrier still delivers and leaves them on the door. It has already been disclosed and understood by other carriers the entire complex has issues with packages being stolen. I have filed claims one still no resolution to the point this recent one I see no point. I requested NO PACKAGES to be left on my door and held yet they are still get delivered and sometimes stolen. Then the carrier started delivering to the box stuffing it then claiming my packages are stolen from my box when she is stuffing my box, where it's possibly popping open. Then recently Sandeep interfered to help which has only made it WORSE! He told her HOLD all packages and she continued to deliver. Then came and let them know and stopped delivering my mail completely when was only to hold packages and just yesterday back leaving packages on my door. When I ask to hold the mail they deliver,when I want my mail they hold it. They are a little incompetent over there.The clerk Julian is help when he wants to be. If he isn't busy flirting with the customers, busy on the phone running his mouth or watching movies then he can be of some assistance. The clerk gets too comfortable with his customers as I've experienced it one too many times and have let him know about his inappropriate behavior. The last visit he was yelling at me for speaking to another customer about my delivery issues which, I too am having. We were having a discussion prior to him coming up front and he tried to repremand/scold me as if I was his child for telling the customer good luck& would be a challenge getting their delivery issue fixed since I'm currently still trying to have mines resolved..I responded yelling back trying to remind him I'm still a customer no matter how often I come in or how comfortable he is at his job since he pointed out he does what he wants and can't lose his job when I reminded him this is still his job and I am still a customer. The staff lack customer service and professionalism and any sense of care when it comes to individuals mail.This location needs major improvement with staff, customer service, proper delivery, and professionalism. I'm still dealing with delivery issues due to this location.

I really hate coming to this post office! The staff (especially this one guy in the front) he has such bad attitude and chip on a his shoulder all the time. He thinks he's the KING in this post office or something. He sure acts like he's the MANAGER when no other staff is around. I came in to pick up my mail, usually I'd would knock on the small pick up window. As soon as I about to knock on the window, he screamed "hey, you gotta come in here." The I responded, uh, I usually pick up my mail here. He responded "when ain't no body here, you come in here." Okay! Mr. Making my own rules and demands, acting like you are the shot caller! I'll let him have it this time. Never failed. Of course, I came back to drop off some mails, right in the middle of the transaction, he told me to pull my card out when clearly the machine said "do not remove card". Again, with the self-Inflicted demands. What is wrong with him? Where is the manager when you need them or do they simply don't care anymore? This low rating customer service is really hurting the reputation of the entire team, unless everyone here is just like Mr. Making My Own Rules! ??? Only if I have choice -- I never come back, I guess I'm not the only unhappy customer coming judging from the reviews.

The man named Julian at the counter is the rudest and most condescending person I have ever encountered. Who is the manager for this establishment? Julian makes all the customers feel stupid. He is rude to them it's almost unbelievable that it's an official post office in there. I felt like it was kfc customer service. Someone needs to fire Julian and replace him with a kind hardworking person. Whoever the manager is needs to put his pants on and actually do his job. Never coming here again until Julian is fired.

I wouldn't come back for shipping off larger things because some employees just doesn't want to deal with it. I wanted to ship off 2 bumpers and got it weighed on the scale and everything ready to be shipped off by a very nice lady and was accommodating and saying that there was a guy who comes in and ships bumpers all the time. The next day Julian didn't want to deal with it as I told him it got weighed and measured the day before and he said "let me do my job". Obviously he didn't want to deal with the bumpers and told me he couldn't weigh them and the scale won't raise up (which the lady did the day before), and said it wouldn't even fit on the shipping truck. So I went to the post office in El Sobrante/ Pinole with no problems! I just don't get it. Made my day a little more inconvenient. Attitude was definitely I know my job, I know everything, and I am wrong. This post office is convenient for me but won't be coming back for larger items, per some aren't accommodating.

The staff that works here is the only one in the area that actually answers the phone. They are always happy to help when I call and they have a good attitude. I have never encountered any problems with them. I wish the Hercules post office was more like them!

This Post Office has to be the absolute worst EVER! Still waiting to hear from a supervisor 5 days later! My mail is missing and the "arrogant, condescending man" that sits on a stool behind the counter is absolutely no help! I've filed a official complaint via the website. Anything of relevance shouldn't be handled through this office UPDATE 9/20/19 I had to go back into this place and asked for a supervisor. She was absolutely no help either. Offered a bunch of excuses as to why my mail never got to me then handed me a card with a phone number and told me to call. I called that number and again spoke with someone who had absolutely no answers. He had the audacity to tell me that when he calls their phone, no one answers for him! And they wonder why more and more is handled on

My regular carrier is great.But yesterday,she's on vacation and replacement carrier who delivered my package to wrong house.Good thing I was home and I followed him and politely showed him and told tracking number that it showed item was delivered few minutes ago and I did not see the package.This guy act like he did not understand what I was talking about and I had to repeat that like 3 times and his response was may be someone from my house got it.I said it was 3 minutes ago and my already asked my wife and she did not get anything.He then probably realized he delivered to the wrong house and told me he will come back and check,came back and knock on my neighbor's house and got my package.He also said address was printed so small that's why he delivered to wrong house.He finally say sorry.Actually address was printed clearly. He just did not want to admit his mistake.And also he's impolite,mean and unprofessional.He's Asian guy about 60 years old.I did not know his name.If he's not happy and can't perform his duty ,he should find another job.My packages got delivered to wrong house few times and I understand people make mistake sometime and I'm okay with that.What bother me is this guy's attitude .It happened on 7/16/2019 and tracking number is 9261 2999 9566 9948 7124 76 .The reason I expose tracking number is for Rodeo Post Office management to find out who that carrier is ,if they want to.

Review #008 - 2019 After driving to five different USPS locations all over the Bay Area to find one that actually provides walk in passport service, I decided to make this my last stop since my brother's house was nearby & I needed to pick up my nephew. There was no one in sight when I walked in so I wasn't sure if they'd even have a passport processing center, being that it's pretty small. I rang the bell and a nice lady walks over to assist me. She took me to the back to get my photos taken, and then helped me process my passport renewal form. It took less than five minutes for me to get out of the place. She recognized my last name & told me that my brother & his wife were actually just there the day before to get their passports expedited as well. I was pretty happy that I showed up when I did because three people rolled in after me asking to get their passport applications processed as well. I'll have to remember to come to this location in the future, even if it's out of my way...

This is the only post office I've been to where there is never a line. I always get greeted with a smile and helped right away.

I wish I can give this post office "0" for customer service!!! The black employee at the counter doesn't know anything about customer service, doesn't smile, "0" tolerance for customers to explain things to you and make it appear from the way that he speaks that the customer is "stupid". He needs to take an in-depth course in customer service class or just work in the back (if he couldn't pass that). I have other worse experience in this place and it all stems from rude employees there . Won't come back. Seems like the manager or supervisor is being over run by his rude employees.
