“This pharmacy + staff are genuinely so kind and professional. My daughter, 2yo, had her tonsils removed and I had issues with another pharmacy filling her meds. The staff here got on the phone with our insurance ASAP, did everything they could to help fill it and helped us get our freshly post-op kiddo home with her necessary and very much needed medications. Ive always had a hard time with our insurance but this staff was so helpful and thorough. I would rather go here and pay out of pocket if need be because I know I’ll have what I need. 10/10 recommend. They know their stuff, I’m not worried about having to jump through hoops to get my prescriptions when I walk into this location”

They have great, personalized customer service and they have been mailing or delivering my prescriptions to me right on time and I don't have to drive to pick them up anymore. Don't ever replace someone like that. He has a caring spirit & will try to explain something to you a million different ways so that you understand. He probably don't even know who I am or realized how much he's helped me bc it's just his character but TODAY. . You didn't just help me with a prescription - you helped me figure out how to find balance in the midst of a possible struggle. You helped me help my cub and this momma bear is forever thankful! Thanks for explaining the insurance coverage to me & coming up with a solution to keep my 3 year old from going without but also not over spending. Breathing treatments can get costly. “This CVS Pharmacy inside Target has been consistently exceptional. Every interaction leaves us feeling genuinely cared for, which is something we’ve rarely experienced at other pharmacies in the DFW area. The pharmacists and staff always take the time to ask if we have questions about our medications, explain new prescriptions, and make sure we understand what we’re taking. Even when my husband picks up my prescriptions, the pharmacist always lets him know that I should call if I have any questions. They proactively call to make sure we don’t miss prescription pickups, and they’re always kind, patient, and professional. They’re also incredibly reliable. If they tell us a prescription will be ready at a certain time, it always is. We’ve dealt with other pharmacies that promise a medication will be ready in an hour only for it to take days. We’ve never had that experience here. What stands out most is their honesty and communication. If a medication is on backorder or unavailable, they don’t make promises they can’t keep. Instead, they keep us informed, explain what’s happening, and are transparent about our options. That level of integrity and genuine care has earned our trust. We truly appreciate this team and are grateful to have found a pharmacy that treats us like people instead of just another prescription number.”
