The guitar tech Kristian is an absolute pleasure. He made sure to get the right strings and make it them work for the tome I was looking for. Recommend StringJoy and now im hooked. I look forward to leaving my guitars there. Them being extended range guitars I like knowing they are set up right and I'm have not been disappointed. Just left my 8 string Agile acoustic and I know it's in good hands. Here is the 7 string Jackson he did for me tuned to drop F. ??

Not good, not bad. Compared to other guitar centers this one seemed like it did not have quite the overall selection compared to the others. Employees seemed friendly even though they were swamped. Store had a lot of guitars but overall I was not impressed with the selection for other instruments.

Terrible service. Walked in and immediately noticed that the girl at the front desk was on a personal phone call. Was never asked if I needed help finding what I was looking for by anyone. Prices were extremely high for simple 1/4 inch patch cords so I left. Girl still in the phone with a look on her face like "I'm busy". Terrible service at this location. Nothing like the Hollywood location I've been shopping at for years. Avoid if you have a choice.

The place is huge and has everything. I bought a boss gx-100 effects pedal for my brother and a midi for my neice there. The service was very slow but it was December 23 and they were packed. I enjoyed my visit and wanted to stay longer. I look forward to going again during a non-holiday time.

Happy to have a local Guitar Center, but they need to work out a lot of kinks in their customer service. They are well staffed, but the staff seem frazzled and not sure what they’re doing. Hopefully with some time they get their store running better. With an open concept and staff bouncing all over the place, they should consider a sign in process for help like Apple stores. Got the guitar I wanted, but it took close to an hour even though I knew what I wanted.

You're better off shopping local. Most of the employees seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Support a local music shop instead.

Love having a Guitar Center so close to The Woodlands. Clean, new, and filled with amazing deals, and friendly helpful staff. As with every Guitar Center we're shopped, we found the help and item we were looking for, while looking over all the wonderful choices and deals they seem to always have. 5 stars on this Guitar Center and staff.

Im taking guitar lessons here since a few weeks ago for acoustic guitar. My teacher is a humble guy and we having a blast all the time, but majority of the people that work there are big mix of laziness and unprofessionalism. Big sad since the store itself and some people out there are nice. My experience as a customer is not even close to be good. 3/5

Order a guitar and was delivered damaged.I brought it to the store and they replaced it on the spot with our receipt.
