“Fast forward six months and we had another project done with Chance and his team. Excellent work replacing tile in all our wet areas. Renee and his crew were very thorough in removing the old tile, laying new tile, cleaning up and adding new vanities in one of the bathrooms. Communication was constant which was appreciated. Very satisfied with the entire process AGAIN.

“Had a great experience with this company. They installed about 1500 sqft of luxury vinyl plank and put in new granite countertops. The workmanship was excellent. Ross at the store was also a great salesman. Had really good advice on which options to use and never pushed once, even though it took me a couple weeks to finally make all the decisions. The price was the best I could find. Overall, I would use them again in a second on my next project. Could not recommend them enough.”

“Long overdue review for The Tile Shop and store manager, David. Last summer, I visited the store for the first time with a photo of a backsplash. David found the exact tiles (& center inset) and provided a sheet of contractors for installation.
The real customer service happened during the installation when a box of damaged tile was opened by the installers. David did not hesitate to order new materials so my project could be completed quickly.
Not a day goes by... that I don't admire & appreciate my new backsplash...and I have gotten many positive comments from family & friends.”
