Hector helped us at Kids Rooms to Go and was very informative. He helped us make the best decision for our wants/needs. Hector was very knowledgeable on every mattress that we were looking at and was able to answer all of our questions regarding each separate mattress.We will definitely be back when we need more furniture!

Best sales rep to assist with an impulsive purchase. Rudy knows his stuff when it comes to buying the best bed to suite your needs. He was able to explain every detail about each bed we looked at and laid on above and beyond what we could have expected with our best interest at heart. He sold us on a wonderful bed great we could afford. Loved his professionalism in trying to make sale without pushing us into a sale.We had left and came back to get thebed after we thought about all the great qualities and price he sold us on ?Thanks Rudy for the best service and time spent looking at beds(king mattress).Monica

The "shipping policy" at Rooms to Go is a JOKE!!! We went and got 2 recliners + sofa + a pullout kid day bed. We sat down with the seller to finalize and he told us that if you purchase furniture from the kids section you have to pay as a separate shipping ($200) because it's a "Separate Store" not the same - even tho they are connected - so we were like ok well cancel that bc we are not paying extra shipping for things that come IN THE SAME SHIPPING TRUCK. Move along with the process they ask us where the furniture is going - when we say a living room and a study - they were like "oh it's two different areas?" That means you have to pay double the shipping charge - WTF again for furniture that comes in the same shipping truck and that is for a first floor delivery where the two spaces are a wall apart. We gave push back on this because we were feeling very icky about all the charges - we explained the space layout multiple times and could not wrap our head around how it would cost more just to put furniture in two rooms that are side by side. They did not appreciate that we were asking so many questions because they got the "supervisor" to explain the shipping again to us in the most condescending tone ever - we should've just left but we had looked for a while and finally had found something we wanted - eventually we just said put it in one room and we will move it so we ended paying only 200 in shipping as opposed to the 400. At one point I was thinking they were making the 200 per room shipping made up because we canceled the kid furniture - since they were annoyed that we canceled. Shipping "policies" which I'm not even sure that they were not made up, should be clear inside the store - put a sign of ur gonna charge $200 per room AND put a sign that anything purchased from the "separate but connected ROOMS TO GO" store also counts as separate shipping.

Ordered over 8k in furniture and bedding. The two nightstands I ordered weren’t in stock and I had them on a separate finance company that was in house (90 same as cash) I had cancelled the nightstands from the same as cash to finance them for zero interest for 4 years and when I spoke to manager they refused to sell the two night stands for the same price as when I purchased the items. All toll it was about an extra 150 after I had already shelled out 8k. Seems like a very small price to pay to make a customer happy and show that customers really do mean a lot. Crazy thing is I still have a couple more rooms I need furnished and this place and location won’t ever get my business!!

I initially spent about 8k on my daughters bedroom set and mattress. the initial delivery the night stands did not come because they didn't have them in stock. no problem. we can wait. here is where the problem starts. when I purchased the items originally they were priced at 275 per night stand and it was financed with a second lender because I was only approved for 5k and needed an extra 1200 with the remaining items so I canceled the nightstands on my first account to only put them on the first finance company for 4 years at zero percent. at that time the nightstands increased to 350 per a 75.00 increase for each one so 150 total. the manager refused to sell them at the original price at 275 after spending that amount of money I was shocked. told the manager BOB that I will never to business with them again and went ahead and paid the extra so my daughter could enjoy a complete bedroom set. problem two arises when they came to deliver and they refused to set them up like I had originally paid for. HORRIBLE customer service

I am impressed! Best service in a furniture store ever! I went in looking for patio furniture and Stephen was helpful, informative, and not pushy! I loved that he didn't follow me around but kept himself available. I returned a few weeks later for the actual purchase. I then called in for a change within the first 48 hours and Diana and Lynn were outstanding in their follow through. Will definitely be back.

Robin was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable in the products and the layout of the store. She answered all of our questions. We were undecided and it was gettung close to closing time, she was calmed and eventually helped us select the perfect living room furniture.Ask for Robin !

If I could give zero I would. Where do I start. This store has the worst customer service ever. When looking at item online it say returns accepted. Was never told they will not return or even exchange merchandise. Even though I called them when it was delivered and said it would not work. Sent it to dispute with Visa. I was willing to pay the 30% restock fee (why do you advertise one if you don't take returns) and pay for picking it up - another $169. They still refused. Read the reviews. They are rude, obnoxious and the furniture is very poor quality. Buyers beware!

Michael Caballero made our experience here amazing! My husband and I have been shopping around for a new mattress. Michael immediately jumped in to help and was attentive to our needs. He showed us different bed types and then proceeded to show us different brands and deals they had for Memorial Day. He is super knowledgeable and thorough! Even though Michael was busy helping others, he would come back to us and never lost focus. He catered to what we needed and liked, and was not pushy, and even encouraged us to ask other salespeople there or at other places. When we came back the next day he recognized us and again gave us excellent service and talked us through everything as we made our purchase. Rooms to go has great deals and quality, and Michael’s expertise and exceptional service made our experience great!!

Rooms to go is a good place to find affordable furniture. This is not high end furniture so do not have high expectations. Two and a half years ago we purchased a sectional with power recliners, the leather began to peel so they offered a complete exchange. Now the way the extended warranty works is you have to get the same value or higher, cannot choose lower cost items. Now when you get the exchange, you have to pay for taxes, delivery, and a new warranty. The issue we had was due to inflation, our set was $700 dollars more then when we bought it. So even though you’re getting new stuff under warranty, it’s not just a one for one no additional money.Also one thing about rooms to go, their system is setup like a car dealership, the sales staff are like vultures. They will not leave you alone and they really push you to buy. And once you do decide to purchase an item, you have to see the other staff behind glass with little slots to finish your transaction.As for the delivery, the crew was nice but a tad lazy, they wanted to reuse the old power adapters from the old set? It told them no, we had to pay for this exchange we want all new adapters, nothing reused from the original set. They acted as if we were inconveniencing them. That was a little lazy on their part

I would give them a zero if possible. We ordered a bedroom set. The delivery team informed us that there are missing parts and they will need to return another time to deliver the bed frame/headboard. They managed to get 2 nightstands in our bedroom upstairs, but when they tried to bring the dresser, they said it would not clear the ceiling. I told them it was on the long side and to flip it on the short side. Then they said it was too heavy to get up the stairs - I suggested they remove the drawers, but they proceeded to say the dresser will break if they do that and that we would need to sign a waiver that they are not responsible if they damage the walls or the dresser. The cost of the delivery was $189 btw, and they sent out a team of incompetents.They proceed to call their dispatch to convince me to sign. Meanwhile, my husband, myself and a friend took the drawers out of the dresser, flipped it on the correct side, put a blanket under it to protect the stairs and pushed it up to the bedroom while their delivery team just stared at us as we did what they were paid to do - after lying to dispatch that they were taking out the drawers instead of us . Do yourselves a favor and don't bother with their delivery. Not worth the money or nerves. Terrible experience. Will not shop there again.

ask for Ismel. he was so polite and answered all my questions. I was very indecisive between 2 couches. I ordered one, cancelled it and went and got the other. a rather frustrating moment ended up being pretty easy because of ismel. ask for him and you will be taken care of!
