I've tried on four separate occasions this week to mail packages from this post office. On all four occasions I was told by the gentleman working there that the system and or a machine was down and I could not ship packages. As a small business owner that depends on shipping for their business this is very disheartening.

In trying to locate my granddaughters bday package Dominic was very professional and helpful. Even though we still don't know where it is she took the time to give me information to its current location. And I appreciate her time and service. Hopefully tomorrow we will have a delivery verdict. Lol than you
