I don’t recommend this place avoid it at all cost there prices are though the roof ask for prices before you let them touch your tire so you won’t be surprise with a extremely high bill just asking for air Will cost you a lung

We were on our way to Houston and had our tire go flat. They were already closed but sent someone to help us out. He was very nice and fixed our tire swiftly. We really appreciated them sending someone despite being closed.

Twice I’ve been for low tire pressure light and Randy was able to help me. As a single mom always on the go with my son I definitely don’t want to worry about being stranded because of a flat tire. Also I was in and out. I didn’t even have to get out of my car! Very efficient work.

If you need to drop off U-Haul rental choose literally anywhere except Odem Tire Shop. They charged my card 109$ yesterday for U-Haul drop off from April 28. We did not put the the estimated 40$ for gas when we returned after being tired from moving all day… but that’s a big jump from 40$ to 109$. Called to complain and they didn’t take responsibility for the charge even though the bank statement says “U-Haul Odem Tire Shop”. Referred me to area u haul manager and I asked for itemized report of the charges. He said 104 miles were driven (70 miles over our allowance @ 1$/mile) and it was checked in the next day April 29 at nearly 2 AM when we dropped off April 28 at 5:20 pm. The boy who “checked us in” sent a text to his boss and that was our only confirmation of drop off. Good thing we know the drop off mileage and I took pics of us dropping off at that time. The U-Haul area manager literally told me “oh they must’ve took it for a joy ride”. It’s not 104 miles from Ingleside to Odem! I wonder how many out of towners they must do this to and just get away with it. Very sad.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!Company hired them at 7:30am for one of our truckers that was needed a tire fix that was left strandedIt’s now 5:43 and they still have yet show up or answer any phone calls.Very bad customer service.Muy mal servicio!!
