This place is a joke. No one cares they miss your delivery date. When you call no one picks up. There is no accountability or pride in anything this company does. Our company will never use this transportation company again. Get the word out. Use anyone but this place if you care anything about what is being shipped.

Horrible. Disorganized. Dishonest. Incompetent. If you want your freight to be lost, damaged, or otherwise screwed up AAA Cooper will most certainly make that happen.

Beyond horrible!!! Freight is ALWAYS damaged and/or missing. 100% worst out of all the freight we receive. No pride in the work they are doing. They're not even trying SMH.

Worse than a star. They left a pellet of slabs in the middle of the sidewalk and almost ready to tip over. Luckily the home depot staff offered to help.

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would definitely do so. I had ordered a shipment of 3 pallets from Home Depot (all flooring) & this was the company contracted to deliver it to my house.I have been following the tracking number provided and my shipment took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Not only did they NOT deliver it to my house, they ended up delivering it to Home Depot instead. The ticket and receipt clearly state to deliver to my address but since they were super late on the shipment they decided they would take it elsewhere. Does this make any sense??? Apparently to them (& only them) it does. This is the second time this company has made a mistake on an order of mine. The first time they were 3 weeks late and tried to deliver damaged pallets of flooring thinking I wasn't going to notice. Who does that??? Stay away from this company if you want your things delivered on time, intact & undamaged. I will definitely NEVER use them or request to never use them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AAA COOPER!!! Horrible company!!

I never do reviews but I just had to with this company. They're the worst ever. I mean they really just don't care. They can't provide a worst service if they tried. I'm so tired of waiting I'm just going to pick it up myself.

UNRELIABLE --- PACKAGE NOT PICKED UP AS SCHEDULED AND WHEN THEY MISS A PICK UP ... THEY DO NOT RESCHEDULE IT. ALSO, DELIVERIES TAKE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3-6 DAYS FOR A 1-2 TRANSIT.
