Don't ever buy anything here .I got a PlayStation and washer and dryer.i paid on the PlayStation for a year at a100.00 a month.then now they say I still owe a 1000.00 .they are so stupid as I am .no PlayStation is worth 2k dollars you can get it for 400 at walmart.now they can have the washer and dryer.but actually I don't have to give them the PlayStation.the judge would look and say .well he has more than paid for it.so don't ever get screwed the way I did .I learned a valuable lesson.

We have used Aaron's since moving to Odessa in 2008. They have always been courteous and handle our concerns in a professional manner. If and when we need furniture or appliances in the future, they will be our go to.

If u rent something and you tell them can I pay tomorrow and they tell no and I did get paid the next day but the took a lot of my money I had to pay over a thousands dollars to go to my sister funeral in Charleston south Carolina. And they did not really care.

I bought a PlayStation and it broke and it needed to be serviced. I took it in April and still to this day I have not got it back and just found out it was lost. I call to speak to the manager named Rafa and he’s never available and I’ve been waiting month for the regional manager to call me back. Do not buy nothing from this Aaron’s! They rip you off! Horrible customer service too! After months we got a refurbished one since they lost our original PlayStation and this was how the one they gave us looked!
