you miss one payment be prepared bc they will bang on your door and threaten to call the police when you know they can't do anything my sister is heavily pregnant and I do not appreciate the lack of respect from these people or even willingness to work with a family when a hard time hits this place sucks yo have fun tryna get get customers if this is what you do.

Do not waste your time or money. I lacked just three payments having my TV paid off- it went completely out. Since I figured we are under a "contract", it would be honored by Aaron's and a replacement given- yeah nope. The manager had to contact his boss to get direction what to do and also asked me to ship it back at MY expense to share charges- like what? I never missed a payment & actually I was paid ahead of schedule. Do NOT do business with this establishment. I will also be contacting The Better Business Buero. We all work our butts off in this day and time- no one deserves to be taken advantage of.

After canceling my order from Ashley for the long wait (more than two month)and tired of lies I come to this store and found a beautiful bedroom sets.They have a lot to choose All was very easy and quick and a week later I got my bedroom set.Thank you to Irma and the delivery team they are very responsable and professional.

Purchased an electric stove for my home. During installation, the crew set my kitchen on fire, scorched my floors and possibly fried my stove. Six days later, the manager Joe Loya promised he would show up and assist me with the problem and then no call no showed, proving to be a liar instead. Still waiting to hear from regional about the situation. This is the type of appreciation these people show for a disabled combat veteran? Never will I recommend nor return.

We ordered a washer and dryer on the 23rd, then found out the order was canceled several days later because they couldn't reach me to set up a delivery time. I never received a call to set up delivery for my first order. I set up a second order and did receive a call to set up delivery on the 28th. They said it would be here the 2nd at 10:30, even though the website specified that I should get delivery within 2-3 days. I was fine with this because they said their schedule was booked. The morning of the 2nd I called to check that my order was coming and they said that it would be here between 10:30 and 6. At 5 I called again because it was nearing the end of the day and I still had not received a 30 minute courtesy call. They said I was not even on the schedule and would not receive my order until Monday. This is unacceptable. They said they would "try to fit us in" because they still had delivery drivers out. I am unsure if I will be able to do laundry for my family because this company keeps giving me the run around. If I had a chance to do it over I would have gone with a different company. Stay away from Aarons in Odessa!
