Went in there today….Julius was working his tail off as usual. There were a half a dozen people standing in line. Two other employees were there also-one sitting behind a computer grinning at all of us standing in line, the other was bagging up something and ignoring us.
Julius has always been helpful and seems to go above and beyond- I have no problem with him.
But if you are sitting behind a computer and not willing to help customers, then go to the back out of sight and play on the computer. There is a place for that. I know because Julius has invoiced me there when other registers were busy.
After 15 minutes I ended up leaving and going down the street to NAPA where I was waited on immediately. I ended up spending more there but I was in and out quicker than I stood in line at Advanced….my time is valuable also.

Online it said they had the part that I was looking for, but when I arrived, they did NOT have the part. Very frustrating and a major waste of expensive gasoline!!

Thank you guys for putting my blades in my wippers.the guy who helped me was very good.he told me .sir get the warranty for 2 years.because it's West Texas .you go through blades like underware .he is correct the sand and dirt here is bad .so again thank you.

Went in to see the price for an oil pan. The staff was amazing and super helpful. They get a 2 star cause it was so freaking cold in the store I had to go outside to warm up. It was so cold I didn't want to stay in there. That can't be right. You have great staff. How can you let them suffer like that. That staff deserves 5 star but corporate could do better I even spoke with the manager about the cold. She couldn't do anything about it,the heater is broke.

They got the part I needed and put it on for me. Thank goodness because it rained today and I was needing a fuse for the back window wiper. For some reason, mine was missing. Very pleased with the service I received!

Around 9:30 or 10:00 am on today 03/30 came in to get a screw for the bumper on a 2018 Corolla the gentleman at the front counter was amazing they were out of stock for I needed. However he took the time to come outside and found a screw that fit. Also I needed a battery for the key fob and even put it in for me. I’m from South Carolina came to visit my son. I truly appreciate the GREAT customer service and prompt service.
