This is the second time. My storage unit got broken into, and It's not fenced it and none of the cameras they have work. Still waiting for them to get the cameras fixed. Which they said a year ago they were waiting for the bids and all that stuff, which is the same excuse I got this time. I know it's under a different company now but it still needs to be fixed. The first time, they cut the lock to get in and then replaced it. We were getting charged for this place to cut it so we can get in and see what was stolen which was a bit annoying since it wasn't us who changed it. The second time they broke through the wall using the vacant one next to mine. Which apparently happened about 2 months ago. (I don't go to the storage that often i went last time for Halloween decorations which was before all this happened because it was fine, nothing out of place) Just found out about it today 11/16/24. The gentleman that works there said they put locks on all vacant units. But I was never informed that there was break ins again. It would have been nice since they put locks on all vacant units if they had also checked the vacant ones to see if they were used to break through to the next unit and let the people know to check their unit for damaged or missing items, and each time it has been trashed in the unit. Now I get to go back through my stotage unit and put stuff back in boxes and organize it again and see if anything is broken or missing.

Thieves can get away for days. And nobody will call you. I find out on Tuesday. 2 days before leaving town. They filed a Police report on Sunday. Now I’m wasting time to file another report. They allowed this. September 2024! Cameras DONT WORK. As they leave doors open next to your unit. They say multiple unit break-ins. And they don’t change.

Everything was ok till I got a call this morning while on a trip with my parents saying that I had to remove a crib that I had put in the dumpster that we couldn’t use their dumpsters to dump stuff. I told him well I’m out of town and my husband is working and doesn’t get out till later Jeffery then said we you have 2 hours to move it or you’ll be charged $100. I told Jeffery that it wasn’t gonna be possible to move them in 2 hours so he rudely said ok I’ll go ahead and add it bye. So I called my husband and he said yeah we dumped it but we saw Jeffery riding around with his car multiple times. Which in my opinion he could’ve definitely told him that stuff couldn’t be dumped, if he were a good manager I would imagine he would’ve said something to avoid giving “his customers” the fine. Keep in mind I had a promo of the first 2 months free and this is the last month I have free could it be possible that that’s the issue? Come on and help your people out

This place is amazing I needed a storage building in a hurry and they really saved the day Jeffery took time to explain everything to me and even helped me figure out what size I would need..in the process of moving I lost my keys and again Jeffery was very patient,understanding, and accommodating to my needs..everytime I go up there he is extremely happy and makes my day better...I'll never rent a storage place anywhere else...these guys are amazing
