Not good. I've been watching my rate go through the roof for a bare minimum policy on my Jeep. I work from home now and drive very little, haven't had a wreck or even any tickets in years.Back in May I asked my agent what it would cost to upgrade my policy to a full coverage policy. He just repeated my question back to me asking me if I wanted wanted to what the additional cost would be to add full coverage.No follow up...nothing.

I can't complain, Allstate has been there through every event that I have endured. Thankful that has been far and in between. They are very informative and keep me up to date on any claims I may have. Except for the premiums that continue to rise, customer service is exceptional. I truly appreciate the work and the consistent updates. Thank you for being there for me.

I had an extremely bad experience with the claims department which made me think about finding another insurance firm but due the home agent Lisa Wallace in Odessa,Texas who witnessed my problems she helped me thru it all and due to her kindness and compassion I will stay another year. She is worth her weight in gold, Allstate needs to have more people like her on your team.

I've enjoyed my time with Allstate. I have had to submit a claim for a new roof, and they helped me out. I had a small issue where the roofing company submitted a rebuttal to Allstate's estimation to which Allstate approved, but they only paid me the initial estimate. Only took one phone call to fix and they were very apologetic.I would also like to note I believe I have had ZERO contact with Roy Faulkenberry whatsoever or this particular office as far as I can tell. I think I've emailed/called him before and never heard back. I just used Allstates national line for all questions/issues thereafter. So my review is more for Allstate as a whole as far as I know. But maybe his office somehow is making me get better service than I otherwise would with another office (doesn't seem likely but I dunno).

15 year customer. Left over unjustified inflated fee.**Note. Not sure what "help" you need. And you did not offer to help in anyway. Also - my new policy is 30 PERCENT cheaper!!

I have both my home and auto policies with them and could not be more pleased with the service and rates. They are very friendly and have given me great advice in meeting my ever-changing insurance needs.

I just change my insurance agency to this office last November. It's a great experience to work with them. Their response is always within 2 hours after I email them. Great agency and certainly recommend to everybody!

Highly disappointed in this arrangement.I plan to stay with ALL-STATE. As they are a great insurance provider. But not this agency.

Roy was a great person to work with the other 2 ladies in the office are nice down to earth people I have been with this company for a few years now, but Adriana is very rude & unprofessional to work with. I give a low rating just because of her. She hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager she said I will have someone call you back & hung up. Really Rude!

Highly unprofessional in handling a basic concern. These guys don't won't to acknowledge you unless you are there client. I gave them my policy number, name, and address and they said they couldn't find me in the Allstate system. Give me a break. This office won't help you or unable to connect with company system to tell you who your agent is or the phone number of your agent. Stay away.

Unfortunately the only time you want to comment is after I have canceled two homes and two automobiles with you. Lisa , you personally are not a person of your word. Multiple transactions with you and no follow up.Your staff is a direct reflection of your attitude. I left due to poor customer service as well as finding more coverage on homes and autos for less money. You claiming under age drivers is more evidence you know nothing about us as a customer. I have also never seen an agent who has gate keepers that will not let you speak to him.

Well I thought I was in good hands as the slogan states but I guess I was wrong. Just hope and pray that no one has a leak under their house that requires the foundation to be ripped up because they will not pay a dime. I understand not paying for the sewer line but the foundation I would think would be covered. Pretty sad. I have had Allstate for years. I guess it is time to shop around. Very disappointed.
