I speak for the majority of North Odessa residents when I say that when the gas station that is being built at the other end of 87th is finished I will NEVER come back here again. This location is constantly out of Diesel, the card readers at the pumps work less than 50% of the time or the screen is not functional. Since they never have 2 employees to check people out during busy hours you can get stuck inside for 20 minutes just to get a fuel receipt because the pump didn't spit one out like it was supposed to. The window washing stations at the pumps are usually bone dry or have no squeegee. For a significant period of time the air station was non functional.

If you want to spend your money at a store that finds your patronage to be an inconvenience and a bother, this is the place for you. Very rude service! The woman who rung up my purchase was clearly annoyed by my presence. When the register gave every sign that my purchase was completed and I asked for a receipt, the clerk seemed very annoyed that I thought it was. Again the register said remove card and seemed the sale was complete. At that point the clerk seemed so disgusted with me that I had to look around to see if I was on some sort of hidden camera show. Dont waste your money here!

Not only am flabbergasted by the treatment at this location but I will be speaking to corporate about the incident that occurred today. Two African women behind the register seemed to enjoy talking about every customer that came into the store. As I came to the register to check out I was greeted with what seemed like a friendly talk about hair from the one lady that was eating a bag of chips behind the counter while the other was checking me out. Then she proceeded to tell me I had a "big head" with a hand gesture to complete how large my head seemed to her. As I was in work uniform I kept a professional demeanor and left promptly after being rung up. Instead of her opening the other register and help check out the other 4 people behind me, she decided to talk about us all like we were product on display while stuffing her face (which was just the same size as mine) with chips and being as little help as she could.

Don't come here unless you want to be treated rudely. I'm just filling out a complain with Dallas because the rudeness and lack of respect from one of it's workers.
