Insurance rates are ridiculous for sports cars and high in general for any vehicle.I Spoke to Cookie she is very knowledgeable she is patient,she is very efficient with time she knows how to get information in a timely manner.She got an me awesome rate and all the Info that I needed promptly.She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable when speaking to her.Before looking elsewhere for auto insurance start her first.

I called in the morning and they had me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again and they had me on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and called again in the afternoon and they had me on hold for 30 minutes! This is ridiculous

Horrible customer service. I called needing a document and the lady on the other line was extremely rude just said “we busy just wait” and I was on the line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to get on the line to assist me in what I’m needing.If you’re gonna answer the phone you must have better customer service, before even speaking to her she was extremely disrespectful sounded like she did not want to be at work. Doesn’t matter if you’re busy I work in customer service and there is a better way to handle stressful situations.

Tatiana was very professional and personable! Her customer service and mostly is what made me really decide to go through Amtex. She got it done in a timely manner that way I was not waiting at the dealership all day. Highly recommended! Give this woman a raise!
