Over the phone with Ms. Makenzie (forgive me if I misspelled your name) was a great experience. My unit was not 100% ready but was resolved withing minutes. I'm loving their customer service?

A real disconnect. If you call their number for any kind of information regarding your account it will go to a call center. Said call center has very limited information about your account and will more than likely (As in my case) give you wrong or incomplete information which in my case has led to me paying double for my storage unit. I, as a consumer should not be responsible for a company insuring that their customers receive the accurate information that they request. And I sure as hell should not be penalized for it. I will be moving my stuff out at the end of the month and deterring everyone away from this company. - Update - The company reached out to me and resolved the issue. This was the only real issue with this place. Everyone in person was fantastic to deal with and ready and willing to help - Corporate over the phone was also very nice and ready and willing to help - They just need to have that consistent customer service throughout - Other than that, wonderful facility with wonderful people.
