When I got the call back to confirm my appointment the lady was friendly and informative.I'm terrified of dentists but the whole experience so far has been awesome!X-rays and exam to see what I need done with all my questions answered.Dentist was very thorough and patient!The dental assistant is amazing!

Every one was so helpful. I felt very assured with the doctor who examined me. The other staff was also very efficient.

Nice place, very busy, but they do indeed do emergency surgery. I lost a cap and they worked with me immediately. They then gave me a full check-up, and suggested a plan. I was all in, except the cost was more than I anticipated. They talked me into a credit plan, but when I went home, I found I was paying for the services before they were being done, so I declined the plan. Probably my fault. Unfortunately, they do not honor my particular dental insurance, which I just got, so that's a downside also.

Not happy. The appointment was changed several times, with no thought to my schedule. I was told once that the Dr wasn’t feeling good, so I definitely did not want them poking around in my mouth if they were sick. The second time, I was told that the Dr just wanted to go home early. After seeing me, they stated they stated they didn’t take my insurance, even though they had previously said that they did. When questioned about this, they blamed it on a call center, when we had called the office, and I recognized her voice from the call. When we discussed pricing, they were quoting twice what other dentists have quoted me, and when pressed, stated that they were told to quote that by the dr.

I came to my appointment 15 minutes early per their request. I came in and wanted a bad tooth looked at. Instead was told I needed to pay them 160.00 for X-rays. I elected to not want to have X-rays at this time and only wanted the tooth with this issue to have a X-ray taken. Then wanted 102 dollars just for this to be done. I have insurance and verified that the dental bite X-ray would have been covered. I called back after I confirmed the information with the insurance company. I asked the gal who answered the phone at Aspen dental and I was informed that I could talk to her office manager and was quite rude. I felt like I was being scammed. I doubt I will hear from a manager. If I could give a zero I would. I would give one piece advice to never hang up on a customer that really shows the true colors of your business. There add says “ we want you to say yes” when it is to their advantage. Really disappointed with the customer service

Really appreciated the kindness patience and hospitality on my 1st visit ? Thanks to your whole group! All of you treated me with such care that I haven't seen in awhile. I was reluctant and scared to go to Aspen Dental. I knew nothing about them. But after my consult, i felt better. I felt i was getting more for the money with good quality doctors. Thats exactly what i got. Their pricing beats everyone in town and the workmanship is great. Highly recommend if you are insure but need a dentist.

Wow! What an amazing office from the front staff to the office manager Janet, the hygienist devora, the dental assistants this office has been the best dental experience I have ever had they are fast and caring! And for some one who has dental anxiety this means the world to me! Thank you Dr Rude, Dr thet, and Dr shingala! You all have an amazing office and staff!

The staff was really good! The dentist was very considerate of my sister’s dementia and the fear she had for the dental procedure! It was a very good visit! My sister still cried but liked everyone that encountered her! I really appreciate the care they showed to her!

My first encounter was the the receptionist whom I spoke with over the phone to schedule appointment. She is awesome. Very nice and polite. The nurses and the dentist him self was amazing. They spoke with me about procedures. Very thorough. Everyone in Aspen dental are professionals.

I have been here 4 times and all bad experiences. The last time i got sliced open with the drill from my lip to the inside of my cheek. Then I was told it was my fault. They won't schedule you for procedures until you pay before. Stay away from this place.

Got my initial exam, was upsold services I didn't need but was going to return because of pain. Have been calling and calling, leaving messages just trying to book and pay for extractions and other things I've needed for months! Even had a family member that's on my paperwork attempt to get some information and nothing! Don't waste your time.

This dentist place will only answer the call if you are a new patient, when calling if you are an existing patient and click that option on the directory then no one will answer. When I went in for my first appt, I was cut inside of my mouth while getting x-rays. I would definitely not recommend.
