Bought our son the brand new iPhone online for Christmas that was just put out this year. Had to pick it up in the store the next day, so we had it by Xmas. We went to pick up the phone the at 10:00 a.m.on our way to work. There were two people in there, 1 young worker and 1 older gentleman. We waited for nearly 1 hour, and were never acknowledged again after the (I'll be right with you line upon entering). We had to leave, or be late for work. I figured an hour was plenty of time to stop by and pick up a $1500 phone that was already paid for. This is ridiculous, and absolutely unacceptable and it is always the case. There needs to be more than 1 person running an entire store. And he could have just stopped what he was doing and handed us the phone rather than watching TV and playing around on the tablet trying to retrieve the man's emails or something of that nature. He was watching a old John Wayne movie and working on the tablet on a matter with the man. We have 6 lines with AT&T and im going to consider other options I think.

Very disappointed in my visit to this store. Last Saturday I went in to switch from T Mobile and was told I could get an upgrade from my 14 plus to the new pro max because my current phone is having issues. I went in later that day to complete the switch, but the employee helping us didn't do the upgrade, he only switched my line over. He said it was his mistake and that he would let his manager know and I would get a call on Tuesday, but that after 15 days I could go back and get the upgrade I wanted. Well I call today since I get no call yesterday and now I’m told that promotion is over and I’ll have to wait until December to get an upgrade. No one seemed to care that it was the employees mistake and no one is trying to rectify the situation just telling me I’m basically out of luck. I would not have done the switch that day if I wasn’t going to get a new phone like I had discussed with the manager earlier in the day. I would not go here again because no one tries to help when it’s their mistake that was made.

It's the worst store you can visit. They take too long to buy a line and don't explain the benefits or the price. Their job is to sell you the most expensive item. They take their time, just like car dealers. When you're tired of waiting, accept the price. My advice is, don't go to that store. It's not AT&T's fault, it's the manager's.

I honestly cant say enough about the person that helped me. I think her name was Alex. She wore glasses with short hair. Honestly I came here ready to switch to Verizon after visiting the other stores and thier service but she changed my mind. I will ask for her everytime now and even drive out of my way to come here because of her.

Attention to manager of this location
I visited this store yesterday in the evening around 6 pm to get a prepaid line and was quite surprised by the response I received. I was informed by a lady staff member that a prepaid line could only be activated if I purchased a device through them, which, to my knowledge, is not accurate.
I tried to clarify the policy, but the staff member remained firm in stating that this was the requirement. Out of curiosity and concern, I had family members check with other AT&T stores in different states, and we also spoke to customer service at other locations. In all cases, we were told that there is no such rule — a prepaid line should be available without the need to buy a new device.
As a result, I ended up going to a different carrier and was able to purchase a prepaid line without any such condition. If this was purely a misunderstanding or lack of awareness, then all I can say is — this store lost a business yesterday.
While I don’t want to single out anyone by name, I do hope the store management looks into this issue. It’s important that all team members are aligned with company policy to ensure consistent and transparent customer service. I’m sharing this feedback with the intention of helping improve the experience for future customers.

On 11/18/2024 at about lunchtime.
I visited this store with the hopes of transferring my internet and phone services to AT&T.
However, I experienced the most repulsive customer service ever. I am sure the owner of the store means well and has great plans for the store, but the lady who attended to me did not seem to care about the success of the store, she was so dismissive of my concerns and even asked me to go to a different store rather than explaining a basic AT&T procedure I inquired about. (Who responds in such a repugnant manner to a potential customer?)
Well, I gladly left the store as she suggested and went to another one located in the Music Mall. Where I got the best service, all my concerns were addressed. The service was so great that I ordered a new phone and signed up to be a member.
DO BETTER

Went at 5:20 on a Wednesday and doors were locked. I could see a kid coloring inside so I knocked and some rude little Hispanic lady with glasses came bursting out the door and said “I’m at lunch break !!!! Come back at 5:45. No thanks I’ll just go to T-Mobile. They were the only att store closed on Columbus Day.
