Dear AT&T Customer Care,
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred on [insert date] at approximately 6:30 PM when I contacted your store located at:

During the call, I sought assistance regarding the status of my phone transfer. The employee who answered exhibited a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. When I inquired about the transfer process, she tersely stated that a SIM card was being sent to me. I mentioned that I had previously been informed about needing a new phone, and her response was, “Uhh yeah, that’s what the SIM’s for,” delivered in a condescending tone.
Feeling confused and seeking clarity, I politely asked if she could transfer me to customer service. She agreed but then abruptly hung up the call. Subsequent attempts to reconnect were unsuccessful, as my number appeared to have been blocked or ignored.
This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expect respectful and helpful service, and this interaction fell significantly short of those expectations.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to address the employee’s conduct. Please inform me of any findings or steps taken in response to this complaint.

The people their closed 15 min early when their sign says 6p.m. they closed at 5:45 as soon as we pulled up you can see one the representatives running around the corner to hide my husband was trying to purchase me a iPhone they lost a $800-$1000 sale I guess we have to drive to Best Buy from west Odessa

Alondra greeted us at the door, made sure we were extremely comfortable and took care of our issue completely without any hesitation. Good customer service is truly hard to come by these days and she was the definition of customer satisfaction.
