AT&T and Direct tv are calling customers and telling them they are going to get free channels but it’s one of those scams where if you accept you are automatically signed up to pay after the free stuff is over. They didn’t tell me that part until I asked. Their phone solicitors are fast and aggressive. Be careful!

My sister and I came to Odessa from California to care for our younger brother after heart surgery, and he unexpectedly passed away. We needed help in accessing his locked phone in order to settle his estate, which my sister is executor of. Rizz so kindly and graciously gave her time and talent in figuring out how to unlock it for us against all odds. We so appreciate her giving us such care and attention and helping us when we had no idea how to proceed. Rizz, thank you with all of our hearts for using your remarkable skill and knowledge to assist us!! We appreciate you so much!

Rizz is by far the best manager at this location. She literally went out of her way to make sure all of my needs were met. She is very knowledgeable and patient and she answered all of my questions.

Customer service at this store was great.
Valerie was awesome, she graciously juggled multiple tasks while delightfully taking great care of all the customers.
