Was put on the list as soon as I walked in by Jonathan, sat in the spot he asked for a sold 20 minutes before I asked him again if anyone could help me. The list had passed over 2× with my name gone. Told me guess I missed my call and walked away. Lame employee, walked out but came back to get his name

Fantastic Service – Smooth and Easy Switch!
I had an amazing experience switching my line to AT&T, all thanks to Crystal! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process seamless. She took the time to explain my options, helped me find the best plan for my needs, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. The transition was smooth and she even came to my work place to do the switch and I didn’t experience any issues. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a hassle-free switch!
