The employee Luis was very helpful and willing to assist, we had been on a different day and Sebastian had helped, and he was not helpful at all, didn't want to work or help just on his phone. We have been customers of AT&T for a long time and hope the company does something to correct that kind of behavior from employees.

What happened to customer service. This store doesn’t seem to want to do anything the right way. We returned a device and requested to keep our old. They completed the return, but didn’t update the device on my account. I also Requested to complete the update on the same line to another phone. I was told to do it online. Long mess shortly explained: the one step to update the device at this store impacted two of my lines and the device was updated to the wrong number. The result the update cause the service to terminate and an upgrade added to the wrong phone. Their suggestion to correct? Reactivate the phone that was disconnected and leave the upgrade. It his cause an increase in price. No accountabikity, no place to complain… and I’m still waiting to get my account corrected. Can I get a manger? No, because there is never one available and they have not returned my call. I have Been up there 5 times… now it will take 5 more days to get it fixed… but it’s ok, because I don't Have to go back to the store. I’m being save a trip. If you are looking for service. I wouldn’t recommend it. Never!!

We had a wonderful experience if I’m not mistaken his name was Joseph? He helped us transfer my old iPhone 13 to the 15 ! Great attitude super nice !
