“After my policy “ghosted me”, I had to call Direct Auto and see what was going on. I HATE automated customer service so being able to speak to a human being was extremely helpful. I was transferred a few times but every person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. However, one stood out to me. Isela Ramirez was the final representative I was transferred to and she was amazing! Not only is she very kind and professional but she is very down to earth! She helped me as fast as technology would allow but I enjoyed my time on the phone (never thought I would say that calling customer service)! She helped find a solution to my problem and resolved everything before we got off the call. Somebody give her a raise! Thank you so much for all your help and assistance Mrs.Ramirez!
