Ryan is a delight and an example of friendly, hospitable and professional. He found the part that I needed, and when I asked which kind were decent but were not too expensive he found a great option and I am fully satisfied with my purchase. I requested assistance, but unfortunately, I was ignored. I needed to know if they had hydraulic fluid in stock. The older Hispanic gentleman with glasses responded with a dismissive hand gesture, which wasn't his first time disregarding me in this manner.
I repeated my question slightly louder (as I naturally speak with a raised voice). It became apparent that he was distracted, flirting with the young woman at the back of the store.

DO NOT recommend this location. The store manager is incompetent. They need to train their employees better. They ordered the wrong part & when I wanted to go return it they did not want to take it because they claimed it was used. The part was never put in & they did not return me the money for the mistake their employees did & the store manager did nothing to help but insult us. I went to a different autozone (on Andrews hwy) & they returned me my money with no problem.The manager was extremely helpful and nice.

Apparently any of the machines aren’t working to check anything. Was Sent to The Autozone On 42th St lol funny thing is that one of the employees was going to check my battery till i had said something about i had already bought a new battery at a midland location . I was just wanting to make sure that the old battery i had was the problem not the alternator because if that was the case i wanted to buy the new piece to the alternator before it over heats the brand new $300 battery i just bought but then another guy comes up talking about ohh our machines aren’t working so you have to back to the store you bought the battery & i informed them no point on me going all the way back when i live in odessa . I just had to buy the battery in midland because i was running errands in midland an new battery was an emergency because it was over heating an i wasn’t going to risk it driving my car all the way back home to odessa. So then they decided to say oh well you can go to the one on 42st all their machines are working . Smh

Absolute trash location. Inventory is rarely reflected accurately on the website. Any time I go because something shows "in stock," they don't actually have it in stock.
