It very helpful over the phone. They use to be a good place. They not trying to earn my business, just told me to come I. And talk to someone. At lease give me options and let’s go from there. I’ll be going somewhere else that wants and more helpful. Also they way over price due to being in a oilfield area.

Awesome ! service I had an issue with my Youkon Denali. My taillight need saudering and they were great they didn't even have to help me because it's not there industry but they help me fix a small saudering issue. Thank you Baldwin Electronics.

So I brought my 2003 ford f150 super cab in for what I thought was going to be a tall and difficult order but long story short I was completely amazed and my expectations were blown. So I brought in 4 JBL component speakers(4 crossovers, 4 mids, and 4 tweeters.) which some grills, baffles, and tons of dyamat sound deadener to all be installed. That means laying down all the dyamat wring an amp for crossovers and making a spot for tweeters as they are not standard on this trucks and of course all the wiring that comes with that. And they were ready for the challenge, we so I bought a Rockford Fosgate 4 way channel amp and formally scheduled a time which initially I was told all was going to take 2 days time to get installed at most but extended another half a day which was a bit inconvenient but I understand you cant rush perfection. But during this entire time they had really good communication with asking me about tweeter locations on doors on spots they may and may not work as well as show me the progress of everything and even going out of their way to make things look better for example the blue sound deadener could be seen with the mid in the factory grills and they went out of their way to put carpet over it and make to blend in and look so much better. So overall really transparent communication which I really do love and appreciate and looking out for their customers. So when I later got it of course tested it inspected for any damage which unfortunately was a bit of minor scratches to some door panels and the driver side a pillar as well the some panels like the stereo panel in which the stereo in housed wasn't full popped in but overall super minor and fixable issues, and as for the sound quality and workmanship of the build is amazing were all wires and cables are neatly tucked away and sound deadener looking very clean, overall vary reasonable for the price. So overall would definitely would recommend for any audio needs and wants as they do rock and I definitely do look forward with getting together with them to get a sub for later on.
