Danae is extremely ableist and said disabled people should not have the right to access their bank accounts or funds. She said “a paralyzed man shouldn’t be writing checks if he can’t maintain consistent handwriting.” We mentioned that his handwriting can get shaky due to the nature of his disability and it was still noticeably the same handwriting. She said it is not her problem and dehumanized him. How is it the year 2025 and Danae thinks it’s okay to mock people’s disabilities?
Her manager Jonathan said he did not see a problem with her language or behavior.

Really wish they had more than 1 teller working at a time. Every time I go for a simple withdraw or deposit it takes more than 30 minutes.

What a terrible experience both times I've been here! They usually only have one teller and one banker in the cubicles and for either one I've had to wait over 20 minutes both times until I finally walked out the door and gave up. Not what I expected from Bank of America!

Every single time I come to this bank on 7th street in Odessa, I stand in the business lane and I always get ignored. Why do you have a business lane if we are going to be ignored. The ladies there see you but they just like to ignore because they can. Bad service. Does not deserve a star at all. Worst bank ever. My husband decided to go there for the business. I warned him. Very bad service.

If you are trying to get anything done besides take out money. Be prepared to wait along time. And for them to let people to go on front of you even if you were first. Shouldn't have to make a appt to get anything done when it's your bank

Make you jump through a bunch of hoops just to add a person to your account. Went down there three times, they still won't help. Had an account with them for 18 years, will be closing

Muriel was very unhelpful. When I ask for the name of the supervisor she was reluctant and hesitant to give it to me.

Haven’t had many good experiences here. The bank gave me a ripped bill in a change order and when I tried to take it back they said they “can’t take mutilated money” I would think that means they can’t give it out either, but I guess not.A girl has also said she didn’t count the actual small change in the deposits I bring when that’s literally their job.Do better.Update- I glanced at my change order but didn’t want to hold up the lineGot back to work where I realized we had received ANOTHER torn dollar bill. Will be counting my change at the front counter next time I get a change order.

A bot answers the calls. Even worse, every time I've called hoping to get assistance the bot states "All our representatives are helping customers then hangs' up." It would be great to get help at least once.
