I miss BBVA that is for sure.I suggest calling the Branch directly if possible. The customer service line is dog "water".

I am very unhappy to give a negative review because the employees there are friendly. The problem is PNC bank is a Pittsburgh Based Northeast bank and it took over BBVA which was one of the best banks there is. PNC has so many INSANE ASININE regulations that it Can NOT function in Texas. I think they should just call it quits, sell out to a Texas bank and go back to PENNSYLVANIA. Switching banks. I had enough.

The lovely ladies running the PNC on 42nd St are incredible. They are always patient and kind! Alexis was especially helpful today even though they were very busy!

Worst bank to exist on my 13 years of banking, i’ve been banking since they bought out BBVA, and to my every experience with them has been ignorant, have over draft fees, cashing check fees, a 24 hour delay on depositing checks, pending transactions up to 2-3 days, i dont recommend this bank whats so ever to anybody!

If I could give 0 stars at this point I would. I have been trying to get a response on a power of attorney for 2 months now. Every time I call I'm told it was faxed over to the legal department and they're still waiting for them to review it. I hate to compare banks but when BBVA was my bank I did not have this trouble, if something had to be faxed to the legal department it took 3 days maximum. At this point I am ready to change banks.

Charge you monthly if you do not hold a minimum of $500 in accounts. Do not use this bank. It is not business friendly.

Worst customer service I've had in my 30 years of banking. Crystal, a phone support representative, was the most unhelpful and unfriendly person I've ever dealt with. BBVA was my bank for many years with few ssues over the years. Changing banks.

I deposit a lot of money every month. The drive thru tellers never even have the courtesy to greet you when you drive up. They are just silent. In my opinion that is horrible customer service.

Unfortunately Negative Experience.Teller Alicia performed very poorly and unprofessional today. I was waiting in line she had a customer in front of me she calls me to the front aswell and starts asking me if Im ready. She took care of me while also taking care of the other customer, there was no rush needed. She then counted the money on the money machine but not infront of me. She has a weak personality whatever she didnt like about me by only looking at me showed weakness and unprofessinalism on her part. I didnt say anything but ask for her name to include in this review. Its not right! She should treat all customers equal and give each customer a nice experience and an individual experience. She took care of me on the side where another teller could be. She had to walk over to the other computer to do my transaction didnt even give me a receipt.

I have not issues with the tellers or anyone I have come in contact with at the bank. They are always friendly and helpful. But, BBVA makes it very hard, if not impossible to make a loan payment other than paying in person or using the night deposit. I have called the bank more than once to ask if I could make a payment over the phone. The loan officers are always busy. Today, someone transferred me to an automated line. All I did was go in circles with prompt choices. Finally, I thought, I reached the correct area. Wrong, a voice told me my call could not be taken at this time. Ok,,,,,,I suppose I will have to drive over to the bank after all.
