As a brand new building, the expectations are normal. Pretty much all new. As we walked in, the hostess was welcoming with thorough instructions on guest rules and breakfast times. 1 thing left out. You need PPE( personal protective equipment) to stay in your room. There was mold growing in the rug from the a/c. Because we heard the drips of condensation from the a/c, we didn't notice the rug till 3am. We stayed till 6:30 am. We advised the front desk all we got was, " I'll take a note of it. Have a good day." Like mama said, not everyone is the same.

PROS: Rachel at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during our family’s late check-in. Breakfast included a huge selection. Beds were very comfy.
CONS: Hair in the sink and bed, and lots of hair in the bathtub ? Clipped fingernails on the carpet. Stains all over the shower curtain. Poor water pressure in the shower. The wall-mounted air conditioner blows directly on the beds and the constant breeze made it very difficult for me to sleep. There was a small bottle of gratis conditioner but no shampoo offered. It’s a nice hotel and great front desk and breakfast staff, but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired.
For the price, I was expecting a lot better. If we return, we will probably try another hotel in the area.

The front desk was very helpful so Im talking about the cleaning staff when I give 1 star for service. I don't remember ever hearing employees talk on the phone out loud, have a video playing on there phones or yelling down the halls at each other the entire time they clean in any hotel I've ever stayed at. It was very distracting while on company related calls/online meetings. Very unprofessional!
The rooms, breakfast & everything else were good which is why I gave it 3 starts as a whole.

We stayed last night March 10th and when we checked in Everyone was very friendly even though we stayed one night and you don't find that at most motels, breakfast was really good and the lady that was serving breakfast was very friendly even when my toddler was having a bad morning.

Food & drinks: Excellent stay and the best breakfast I've ever had, we will definitely be staying here for now on when we visit Odessa! Thanks to Adella and the Breakfast!!! She made our stay 100% more enjoyable let's just hope she gets the promotion she deserves!!
Noteworthy details: Easy check in right off the main highway and very clean

If I could give them a1000 . I would. The BREAKFAST at this place is free and the BEST BY FARof any Hotel I've stayed in.Big rooms and an ExcellentPrice. All around GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I love Best Western Hotels, but the experience isn't pleasant all the time.We stayed here for 1 night and I couldn't wait to leave.The bath tube was covered in hair from shaving (gross)Doors and mirrors had marks all over.We will never go back to this location.

Had a great stay at this property even though I had to checkout a day early. Service was courteous. Rooms were clean and maintained. Breakfast was awesome, with real eggs, ham, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits... best I've had in years. Overall, I'd recommend this property.

Management is the worst I’ve seen in a while. The customer service was also the worst I’ve seen in a while. The rooms are not bad, breakfast is actually good. If it wasn’t for the service, I would go back. That said, I do not recommend this hotel, there are better ones on the same street.Nearby activities: Food options pretty good.

Live Line Safety had 3-days of NFPA 70E Training in the meeting rooms at the Tres Hermanas hotel and I have to say, I was so pleased with the awesome hospitality, great email communication, they served all our needs there, the staff was Fantastic, (Marcos, Courtney,...all of the staff), what more can I say except for consider their meeting rooms for your business visits. Also note, their prices were fantastic compared to the others around town. Top notch, 5-star service at the best price.
